‘I’m all set to begin as a Management Trainee at L'Oréal India!’

Back in 2018, as an undergraduate just out of college, I had no job offer in hand and no sense of direction. I was completely lost in a crazy world where everyone was rushing to become someone!

I knew then that I had to start over, and so I created a vision for myself. A vision where I can create an impact, a vision where I am able to turn my dreams into reality.

Looking back now, four years later, I am proud of my younger self who stood committed to continuing moving upwards, who did not give up, who did not get lost, and who chose to DO SOMETHING than focus on becoming someone!

I've been able to get here with the help of so many people who have been pillars in my life! You all know who you are, thank you for all the love, I am truly grateful!

I also want to express my gratitude to the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad, and L'Oréal for providing an exceptional opportunity like the Brandstorm. I would like to thank Nandini Bhalla and Shweta Mhatre for their continuous guidance and support, you have been truly helpful!

My LinkedIn feed is flooded with news about MBA acceptances from IIMs A/B/C, XLRI, and other premium institutions. Congratulations to everyone who received their dream schools and unlocked a new professional level!

For those who didn't get in this year, I myself gave CAT thrice. And since then, I have started believing in the fact that whatever happens, happens for a reason. Had I cleared CAT in the first attempt, I would have been clueless on the field I wanted to go in. Sure, it was frustrating but it was only after working for two years that I realised my calling.

I want you to keep in mind that everyone has their own timeline, and success is not built on success. It is built on failures, frustration and sometimes, catastrophe! Just keep going :)
