Recently, I watched a video by Tharunkumar .co about his mental breakdown from working without breaks.
It got me thinking.
Many of us pay a lot of attention to our physical health.
But when it comes to mental health, we often ignore it.
Me too.
Being a content creator and entrepreneur, I usually try to stay ON track all the time.
Stepping OFF the track scares me a little.
What if this happens?
What if that happens?
Later, I asked myself,
What if I take a break and see what happens?
That's when I decided to include break days in my regular routine.
During those times, I either meet my friends or go on a trip.
That's when I realized, stepping off the track actually boosts our productivity.
Breaks give more room for our minds to solve problems because they get the rest they deserve.
I felt that.
Being committed and consistent is fine.
But not at the expense of our mental health.
What's your take?
