Job seekers can’t get a job without experience, and job seekers can’t get experience without a job.
You laid people off and you don’t want to hire people who were laid off.
You don’t want to hire professionals with 30 years of experience. But you want to hire 30 year-olds with 15 years of experience.
Can we please change the hiring process?
Just give someone a chance.
If every hiring manager did this with just one job this coming week, it would a great start.
You are missing out on so many wonderful candidates by using these ridiculous practices.
If it’s so hard to hire. Try something new.
Try changing your expectations. You’ll be pleasantly suprised. I am CONFIDENT of that.
