I’m excited to share that I’ve joined Micron Technology as a Staff Employee Relations Advisor & Investigator supporting our Manassas site.
As someone raised on Maui, my approach to ER is strongly shaped by the Hawaiian values instilled within me: aloha (care and respect), kuleana (responsibility), and pono (integrity and doing what’s right). These guide how I show up for people and how I support safe, inclusive, and balanced environments.
Stepping into this role feels deeply aligned with the work I care most about: building workplaces grounded in psychological safety, authenticity, dignity, and thoughtful partnership. I’m grateful for the opportunity to support team members and leaders through moments that matter, and to help strengthen culture through clarity, compassion, and consistency. I’m looking forward to contributing to Micron’s mission with incredible colleagues and continue to grow in this next chapter.
