Halloween has always been about transformation.

The Celts called it Samhain, the moment between harvest and winter. The line between life and death blurred. The old season ended. A new one began.

That’s leadership in a nutshell. The best leaders are willing to step into the unknown.
To shed what’s comfortable.
To stand in the middle between what is and what could be and lead others through it.

This week’s conversations all came back to that idea.

Reinvention. Clarity. Identity.

Who are you becoming? What needs to die off so the next version of you can show up?

Even the colors of Halloween tell the story.
Black for the death of the old season.
Orange for the harvest of what’s next.

We all have things that need to end habits, excuses, people-pleasing, playing small, so we can make room for something better.

The people who grow the most aren’t scared of the dark. They learn to build in it.

PS: what’s your costume this year?
