Sir bolte hain Plant some seeds and then wait for a few of them to grow but remember all of them may not grow.

Entrepreneur ya kisi bhi insan ko Jab bhi confusion ho between Plan A, Plan B, Plan C, etc. Then priority ka order sir chose karte hain - Two factors - IMPACT jitna bada ho (jitni badi population tak pahuch paao) & FRICTION jitna kam ho (sabhi plans me se minimum obstruction jisme ho)
So the order is:-
1) High Impact, Low Friction
2) High Impact, High Friction.
3) Low Impact, Low Friction.
4) Low Impact, High Friction

Ye bhut helpful hai to make choices in most cases, yes baki kai bar unique situations hogi and then shayd alag decision lene pade.

Ek or bada imp point tha, Jab Sir UPI ka concept pe kaam kr rhe the unhe nhi pata tha ye kitna HIT hoga, coz unhe nhi pata tha 1) Demonatisation aayega 2) Lockdown aayega & UPI ko do bade uptick in events se mile.
So plant seeds and then wait for such events, if the idea is of High Impact, kabhi kabhi na aise similar events turn up hoge!

The problems he is solving are so huge and directly impacting the Nation’s development. Aaj har ek insan ke pass ek identity card hai, Aadhar ne mauka dia har kisi ko to be part of the nation formally, and ye sirf first step tha.
Aise mutthi bhar log enough hain India ko strong banane k liye.
Ye wala level life me na jaane kab achieve hoga, but education me ab or jyada High Impact wale sector me kaam karege ye sure hai.

Khushi ke aansu aur Bachho ka pyaar
Kafi kass rahenge ye pal

Pichle dino hum Jodhpur gaye, waha hum apne param mitra Dr. Nirmal Gehlot ji se mile, jinke sath mil kar hum Jodhpur Vidyapeeth me baccho ko padha rahe hain. 

Sach me Rajasthan ki baat he alag hai, kafi culturally rich hai Rajasthan, aur waha ke baccho ka josh aur utsah dekhne layak tha. Khushi se wo khud bhi roye aur mujhe bhi rulaya.

When students asked me the steps to success, I explained to them the “The 3 Step Formula” 
First involves taking a bet on yourself, second involves dedication, lag kar apne aap par kam karna, and third is failing.
Shayad aap soche ki Failure to success ka opposite hai, par aisa nahi hai, failure humari life ka subse bada teacher hota hai.

In the event, there were lady bouncers, who were responsible for maintaining discipline.

Bouncers word sunte hi ek hatthe katthe, lambe chaude, bodybuilder aadmi ki image dimag mein ban jaati hai…
Par ye ladies stereotypes ko tod kar ek male-led industry me itna accha kar rahi hain, ye dekh kar kushi hoti hai.

Jodhpur will forever be the city that introduced me to the richness & braveness of Rajasthan and the immense love of students.

“Jiske kan-kan mein veerta ki pehchaan hai, bharat ka wo rajya, Rajasthan hai”.

Padhkar Nahi to kya, Padhakar he sahi.........aagya IIT Bombay!!

This Sunday, I was invited to Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay's Techfest, IIT Bombay. I had an overwhelming and heartfelt experience.

The best thing about being a teacher is—being fortunate enough to support the aspirations of young minds. I once saw a dream to create learning opportunities that empower every student to study at India's top colleges, today, that dream has taken a proper, or I must say a strong shape.

I felt grateful when I saw PW (PhysicsWallah) students studying at IIT Bombay; I am sure they will make the country proud. When students came up to me with their stories, their emotions, and their favorite lecture of mine, I really felt short of words.

IIT BOMBAY ki kuch vibe he alag hai, campus me enter hone se lekar usse alvida kahane tak.....it was all an amazing, overwhelming feeling, jo shayad ye words describe nahi kar payen.

Can't wait to be there again!!

But the most memorable moment of Vishwas Diwas was when, first time in the history of PW, I introduced “PW k Super Boss and Bachoo k Santa Claus,“ 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐌𝐚𝐧 𝐛𝐞𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐝 𝐏𝐡𝐲𝐬𝐢𝐜𝐬 𝐖𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐚𝐡 - Prateek Maheshwari Sir.

It was such an amazing moment for me to finally share the stage with Prateek Bhai and to introduce him to students. It took me 2 years to convince him to come in front of you all.

His relentless efforts and innovative ideas have made PW what it is today. He has been a constant source of inspiration for us and helped shape the vision of #PW.

To every student associated with PW, 𝐓𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐤 𝐘𝐨𝐮 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐏𝐖 𝐢𝐧 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐠𝐨𝐥𝐝𝐞𝐧 𝐲𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐬. Vishwas Diwas is our way of saying thank you for trusting us and giving us the opportunity to help you achieve your dreams.
