2015: I’m completely burnout and unhappy. Full on quarter life crisis.

2016: I quit Apple and move to Malaysia. I take a 78% cut on my salary. I meet my wife and fall in love with marketing.
2017: Crazy hustling. If I’m not working I’m studying marketing.
2018: After a few promotions, I become CMO of Mindvalley. 🪽
2019: Scaled the company from 25-75M/year. Built the coolest marketing team ever.

2020: I quit. 2 months after handing over my resignation letter Covid hit. I start consulting while in lockdown.
2021: I’ve got too many projects and I start hiring a team.
2022: Scale For Impact is officially born. Start working with clients like Tony Robbins and Jordan Peterson. 🔥
2023: Got married and moved to Barcelona.
2024: Running a 7-figure marketing agency serving some of the best authors in the world. President of EO Barcelona.

Life isn’t rejecting you, it’s redirecting you.

Today marks my first 35 trips around the sun. 🎂
Can’t wait to see what’s next.

4 years ago I took an offer that was 4 times less than my salary at that time.

Why on earth did I do that?

It’s not about how much you make, it’s about ROI.

I was working for Apple and I had a top salary in London.

But I wasn’t happy.

I knew that moving to Mindvalley and to Malaysia was the right thing.

Even if I would lose so much in the short term.

But when you get a new job you should look long term.

Before I was in a dead end. In a job that didn’t make me grow.

As soon as I joined Mindvalley I made growth my number 1 focus.

I found something I was incredibly passionate about (Marketing) and dedicated so much time to it.

I focused on being so good so no one could ignore me.

In few months I got my first small raise.

I kept learning more than anyone else.

From that moment on, I got a raise every 6 months.

Now I’m leading my marketing team. I’m part of the executive team.

That crazy decision I took 4 years ago?

It was the best decision ever.

Never look JUST at your salary. Especially if you are young.

Look at opportunities.

Look at growth.

Look at ROI of your investment in yourself.
