I'm thrilled to share that I've completed my internship at Insignia Shoes in the E-commerce department! This experience has been incredibly rewarding, providing me with deep insights into the fast-paced world of online retail.
During my internship, I:
• Managed and fulfilled orders on Ginkgo Retail, ensuring smooth and timely processing.
• Updated and maintained the daily sales dashboard on Excel, providing accurate sales data for decision-making.
• Developed a strategy to reduce product returns by analyzing return patterns and recommending improvements.
• Edited Shopify store by updating banners, adding product collections, and managing blog content to enhance user experience.
• Conducted competitive analysis on pricing and retail software, delivering insights to inform business strategies.
• Collaborated with the Customer Success team in a call center environment, handling customer inquiries and improving communication using AgoraPulse and Intellicon.
