The pandemic has not only been a trauma for many of us, but it will also pave the way for new models of work. In this context, I sincerely hope that the paradigm of Stakeholder Capitalism - as opposed to the concept of Shareholder Capitalism - becomes concrete and tangible to give people a new purpose: to be part of the change by provisioning their work in a new guise.
