You constantly have the fear of getting caught someday for the lies you told. But, by being honest and truthful, you don't have to fear anyone or hide anything. You feel confident about yourself. You feel proud that you are not cheating or betraying someone by telling lies.
Truth is important. Believing what is not true is apt to spoil people's plans and may even cost them their lives. Telling what is not true may result in legal and social penalties. Conversely, a dedicated pursuit of truth characterises the good scientist, the good historian, and the good detective.
The power of Truth, in its highest, purest, and most exalted phases, stands squarely on four basic lines of relation,— the love of truth, the search for truth, faith in truth, and work for truth.

Many people are so caught up figuring out who they are that they don't consider who they want to be. They don't plan the life that they want to have, the things that they want, and more. But without any kind of goal, they lack direction and go wherever life takes them.
Instead, focus on what you want and who you want to be. Once you determine that and move toward your goals, your journey will transform your entire existence.
Ultimately, it doesn’t matter who you are now because you can change it. That’s the whole point of this process. After all, what difference does it make who you currently are if you change it in a few months?
Also, keep in mind that your goals don’t only have to be about possessions or money. Your goal could be the personality traits you want, things that are not quantifiable, yet still important.

What is this? This means that your happiness is up to you and there is the need to train your brain to think positively.

There's a lot of truth to it. If we change the way we think, we can drive ownership over the course of life. It all boils down to how you process your thoughts and your reactions. By doing so, we create a powerful feedback loop that leads to achievement, contentment, and fulfillment.

Encouragement leads to confidence, which leads to action, which leads to accomplishment, which branches off to more encouragement, and so on. So again, try and encourage someone today. On top of that, though, make your goals, and make your struggles known.
They can help you get over whatever work-related stress you're feeling, no matter how big or small. A few words of encouragement can completely turn your day around — or, at the very least, help you hang on till happy hour when you can vent to your friends and coworkers.
