Skincare brand, The Ordinary celebrates scientists over celebrities in latest out of home campaign.

Working with agency, Uncommon Creative Studio, The Ordinary believe all consumers should have access to high-quality skincare products at affordable prices along with an understanding of the ingredients and their benefits per product.

That’s why, in their latest outdoor campaign, the brand focuses on being transparent whilst educating their audience.

The billboard reads “Someone said working with celebrities would be good for our brand. But we couldn’t find one with a degree in Biochemistry”.

Clever print ads for the final season of ‘Lupin’!! 👏🏽

Netflix, along with creative agency, Jellyfish France released these fake luxury brand ads to mark the final season of Lupin streaming on Netflix this week.

For context, Lupin is a retelling of the classic French story about Arsène Lupin, the world-famous gentleman thief and master of disguise.

The connection between the storyline, Fashion Week and these creative print ads shows Netflix did not miss!

E.L.F. BEAUTY has teamed up with Stanley 1913 to drop limited-edition quenchers and tumbler lip oil holder accessory.

The collection includes Stanley’s signature 40oz and 30oz Quencher H2.0 FlowState™ Tumblers, partnered with some of e.l.f.’s most vibrant lip oil shades.

The brands also included sticker sheets to personalise both your Tumbler Lip Oil Holder and matching Stanley Quencher, making it all about ‘expressing yourse.l.f.’

The launch is available at Target and releases on 27.10.2024.

3 marketing moments that made Q1…

We’re 4 months into 2024 and we’ve witnessed many campaigns, trends and news in the marketing industry.

Collaborating with the team at Semrush, we've identified the top marketing moments whilst assessing the volume of brand searches from each campaign!


→ Cadbury

↳ British chocolate brand, Cadbury, celebrated 200 years of legacy with an integrated marketing campaign:

- full page ad across newspapers in the U.K.
- remake of their 2008 commercial ‘mum’s birthday’
- 7 limited edition retro packaging designs from 1915 to 2024
- out of home ads sharing old family photos that have a Cadbury product in them

It’s been phenomenal to see a marketing campaign bring back memories, be creative, involve the community and show the power of having a strong brand.


And according to Semrush’s brand search feature, there were over 800K searches for Cadbury in the months of January and February!



→ Rhode

↳ We couldn’t not mention the iconic Rhode lip case.

Hailey Bieber, the marketing and product design team got a lot of consumers going crazy after creating a must-have phone case which allows you to carry your lipgloss with your phone.

Along with any mirror selfies giving Rhode free advertising, the campaign was creative, different and strategic.

And according to Semrush's trusty tool, there was over 1.2M (a 60% increase) in searches for Rhode Skin in February.

It’s no wonder the lip case sold out within 25 minutes of launching!



→ Uber Eats

↳ Super Bowl has been and gone but one ad, and more specifically commercial teaser, stood out for us.

Uber teased their Super Bowl ad with David and Victoria Beckham, re-creating their viral “Be Honest” moment from their documentary.

The brand tapped into internet culture and provided a humorous and clever teaser before releasing the full ad ahead of the big game.

And the results paid off! According to Semrush’s brand search feature, over 64.2M people searched for Uber Eats in February alone.


Never underestimate the power of marketing and raising awareness of your brand.

Ice cream brand, Cornetto, unwraps summer season, with a hand-crafted poster campaign.

Developed by LOLA MullenLowe Madrid and produced by PICT, the campaign creatively combined the iconic Cornetto wrapper with classic summer symbols—surfers, boats, waves, pool inflatables, beach umbrellas, and more.

These elements were artistically blended with the wrapper to create a visually striking collage, along with the craftsmanship of the posters capturing the joyful essence of summer.

The KitKat brand, owned by Nestlé, launches new “Break Better” campaign to remind people to take a break.

Created with agency VML, the 30 second film, which is set to the iconic Queen anthem “I want To Break Free”, tells the story of an overwhelmed office worker who leaves his desk to go outside for a well needed break from the daily grind.

On his way out he is burdened by countless reminders, colleagues, office supplies and tasks to do.

His relief comes when he unwraps a classic four-finger KitKat on the bench outside, causing all the distracting notes and demands to fall away.

The film ends with KitKat’s famous tagline which has become synonymous with the brand and has been adapted to different markets and languages, demonstrating its global reach and appeal.

Sainsbury’s is the first UK supermarket to release their BIG Christmas campaign 🎄

Inspired by Roald Dahl’s timeless children’s tale, the campaign, ‘Sainsbury’s Big Christmas’ brings the beloved BFG together with Sophie, a dedicated Sainsbury’s colleague, as they take us on a whimsical, heartwarming journey to find great food this Christmas.

The ad will be live at 7pm tonight across ITV, Channel 4 and Sky.

🕸️ Spider-Man 2 truck has crashed in Syndey 🕸️

To celebrate launch day, Spider Man’s truck is upside down and webbed up by Spider Man himself at Waterman’s Cove in Barangaroo, Sydney 🇦🇺

The best part is that the truck is surrounded by NPC’s who played the character of cops in the PlayStation game.
