Dreamforce 2025 Proved The Agentic Enterprise Has Arrived
Iāve just returned from Dreamforce 2025 with Metallica still echoing in my head - and one clear takeaway: this was the year enterprise AI truly grew up.
Dreamforce was electric - a powerful mix of breakthrough technology, bold customer stories, and the kind of stadium energy that rattles San Franciscoās windows. If last year was concept cars on a turntable, this year was fleets on the road.
Everywhere you turned, the conversation was about agentic AI - from Salesforceās Agentforce 360 (a full-stack agentic platform) to Slackās evolution as the operating system for digital agents.
The message was clear: AI isnāt just assisting anymore - itās collaborating, reasoning, and transforming how work gets done.
The most convincing part? Real customer stories.
PepsiCo scaling digital labour for over a million small retailers.
Pandora bringing emotional intelligence online through its Gemma gift advisor.
Indeed moving from pilot projects to enterprise-wide adoption.
Weāre watching digital workers move from prototype to production, powered by governance, data integrity, and trust - the boring but essential superpowers that make AI reliable at scale.
Two highlights for me:
A fascinating conversation with Adam Evans, EVP & GM of AI at Salesforce, on the three use cases every business should prioritise: customer experience, employee productivity, and end-to-end workflows.
A memorable exchange between Marc Benioff and Brett Adcock (Figure AI) about humanoid robots - āa new speciesā capable of learning and adapting to physical tasks.
