- Your boundaries.
- The words you say.
- How you speak to yourself.
- How you approach your failures.
- How you choose to spend your time.
- Being present and living in the moment.
- How often you decide to focus on learning.
- The people you choose to surround yourself with.

You can’t always control what goes on outside.

- Actively avoid tempting you into falling back into bad habits.
- Keep you aligned with your vision during bad and good times.
