INTERNS: we have a lot of summer internship job listings up on the Figure careers site:

> Motor Test
> FPGA Design
> Full-Stack SWE
> Embedded Software
> Mechanical Engineer
> Audio Signal Processing

It's hard work, but rewarding!
Every Figure 02 robot in the entire building is running right now. And a portion runs for many hours/day autonomously

At this point, we are almost entirely software bound. This is ideal as it’s much quicker to ship software than fixing issues on hardware, which can take many months (and this hardware likely needs firmware). At our morning standup, our maintenance lead hasn’t had any work all week which is unusual

Btw - this wasn’t the case for Figure 01; we had a lot of hardware reliability issues, robot was down for some issue almost every day. Thankfully we designed Figure 02 for higher reliability and it worked (everything from the SW architecture, boards, connectors, harnessing, wire routing, etc)

Huge shout out to the System Integration & Test team for delivering reliable robot code to the fleet - these guys crank to make sure robots are always at nominal operating condition
Announcing: Figure's $70M Series A.

From launch-to-robot in 12 months.
