I’ve spent years trying to modernize it…
Leading teams, consulting, writing, speaking, pushing from every angle.

And at some point, you just realize that you can’t fix what you’re not inside of.

Except I was.
And even that wasn’t enough.

Everyone says they want innovation..
Right up until it means burning the flyer department down.
