My point is not to devalue people who get a higher education.
But to remind everyone that appearances aren’t everything.
Plumbers, electricians, bartenders…
There are lots of professions where you can make good money without hating life.
Everyone deserves our respect, whatever their line of work.
And sometimes, the ones we look down on—
Are actually doing pretty damn well.
