That anxious junior copywriter you roll your eyes at and have zero time for?
In 5 years, she’ll be an Associate Creative Director at a much better agency than the one you’re at. She’ll be asked if she enjoyed working with you.
______________
That socially awkward, junior account executive you snapped at?
In 10 years, he’ll be the marketing director for a brand you’d love to work on.
______________
That freelance project manager? What’s her name? Who cares, she’ll be gone in two weeks.
In 3 years What’s-Her-Name will be the founder of a start-up with a marketing budget big enough for someone to start their own agency.

The people who have helped my career the most haven't been the people I've worked for, but the people I've worked with.
Kindness is always the way. Be an arse at your own risk.
