This is why we re-introduced our Kickbox intrapreneurship program at the beginning of the year to strengthen our entrepreneurial spirit and follow our passion for innovation.\nĀ \nThe impressive ideas of our employees ranged from sustainability topics around carbon neutrality to further reducing return rates in our eCom business and the potential of virtual reality as well as gaining new customers through innovative marketing channels.\nĀ \nAfter a fantastic pitch from our final Kickboxers Babette Gawlick, Karen Heise, Rüdiger Marwein, Patrick Schreiner and Mohamed Matar on their entrepreneurial ideas a few months ago, it goes without saying that we would want to reward their efforts. I highly appreciate that the Kickboxers put their time into becoming intrapreneurs and therefore helping us actively to shape the future & leverage the full potential of HUGO BOSS.\nĀ \nSo yesterday, we took them on a business trip to our Ticino campus and to experience ā€œ1 DAY WITH THE CEOā€, where they joined me for a business update with Christopher Koerber on the execution of our CLAIM5 strategy. To round off the day, our Kickboxers joined me in a meeting with Formula 1.\nĀ \nOur employees play a crucial role in shaping the future of our company and in showing how we can live up to our full potential. We had an amazing time this week at HUGO BOSS during our internal Sustainability Strategy Day. It was the perfect opportunity to introduce our new sustainability strategy: ā€œFOR A BOLD & BETTER FUTUREā€. Our mission is clear: we love fashion, we change fashion — and we want to change it for the better!Ā 

Together with Dorothee Niebergall, Ivica Maric, Kristina Szasz, Christian Stoehr, and Vanessa Garrecht, I had a great time discussing the importance of sustainability at a personal and business level and how we can raise awareness among our colleagues, families, and friends.Ā 

It was absolutely energizing and inspiring to hear how all of us are committed to making bold moves to drive positive change within our industry through innovative initiatives. Our Digital Campus, digital prototypes, digital TWIN, and our partnership with HeiQ AeoniQā„¢ are already making us more sustainable. These efforts are already:Ā 

- Reducing material wasteĀ Ā 
- Reducing carbon emissionsĀ Ā 
- Reducing our use of polyester and nylon by embracing alternative materialsĀ 

Even if we cannot be perfect overnight, we can be a bit better every day. I 100% believe our new strategy and goals will help us unlock our full potential while respecting social and governance standards next to environmental standards in all our actions. Exactly as laid out in our CLAIM 5 strategy!

Taking a moment on #InternationalWomensDay to recognize and celebrate all the incredible HUGO BOSS women for their achievements across all areas of life.

This year at HUGO BOSS, we join the International Women’s Day Organization’s global movement to #EmbraceEquity - this means we are continually working to provide an inclusive space where everyone can be their authentic self.

There are a number of phenomenal women that are absolutely instrumental in my team, and who I cannot thank enough for all the fun we have at work together and all the incredible energy you bring to our company, collaboration and joint projects. Today, a special mention goes to Nadia K., Dorothee Niebergall, Katja Stopper, Kristina Szasz and Carolin Westermann: your leadership, strength, creativity, passion and positive mindsets continue to inspire me every day. You are true BOSSes and I feel grateful for each one of you.
