But now is the moment to flip the script...

When I was looking for roles, asking for a way in, it often led to vague promises like, “I’ll see what I can do,” with no real direction.

So, instead of leaving your friends hanging, here’s how to put them on:

🥢 Refer Friends, and don’t hold back.
🥢 A simple intro can change someone’s life.
🥢 Spill the tea! What worked for you & can help others?
🥢 Speak up for diverse hiring practices. Your voice matters!
🥢 Offer interview coaching or hiring tips to strengthen their chances.

Remember, gatekeeping is EXPENSIVE. Everyone deserves a shot!
