Before start: I am not prepared for interview

After 1st interview: Failed, need to learn

After 5th interview: I know most of questions

After 7th interview: I got an offer

After 10th interview: I can clear any interview.

This is the journey for every normal IT professional.

Only thing which is stopping you is, not Starting

Start your journey before it's too late.
Guaranteed way to get job offer

- Upload resume on Naukri.com
- Change Notice period to 10 Days
- You will get tons of calls
- Schedule 10-15 interviews
- Analyze the interview questions
- Prepare these questions asked

Now again go back to Naukri.com and change to notice period to actual

Start giving interviews you will crack at least one offer in next 5 interviews for sure.

Do this and Thank me later :)

16 lessons learned being 16 yrs in IT industry

9th one is my favorite.

1. No one cares optimized code; they care about results.
2. Technology stacks change faster than your job title.
3. Users will find creative ways to break whatever you build.“
4. Your job is to fix problems you didn't create.
5. Documentation is for the next person; that next person is you.
6. The best solutions are often the simplest ones.
7. Certifications won't replace practical experience.
8. Meeting rooms are where good ideas go to die.
9. It's easy to manage code than people
10. Your code is only as secure as your weakest dependency.
11. Legacy systems will haunt your dreams.
12. Users won't read the manual, no matter how short it is.
13. Perfection is the enemy of progress.
14. Backups are your best friend; data loss is your worst enemy.
15. The only constant is relentless change.
16. The most valuable skill is effective communication, not coding prowess.

Good Managers do exists.

Real story.

I was working in Cognizant and Project was on fire

There were 5 members in team.
All of us worked like 12 hrs * 7 days * 3 months without breaks

Result after 3 months project get delivered
- 2 team member got US H1-B
- 1 Got UK onsite
- 1 Got Middle east onsite (Me)
- 1 Got promtion (she didnt want onsite)

It was commitment of My Manager that, team you delivered this project and I will give you what you want.

Best part is he delivered on his promise for everyone.

Switching jobs frequently will hurt your profile

This is not TRUE in IT industry.

Basic rule, why they still hire you:

- You have skills
- They have demand
- You are fitting for job

That's it.

Remember, everything is business here.

Before Interviewer Reject you

Don't reject urself by

👇

- Not applying for Job
- Thinking you aren't 100% ready
- They won't shortlist me
- I am not capable enough
- They can't offer big
- They won't give WFH
- They won't consider 90 days notice period

Applying for Job is the first step to get job offer

Many people won't apply at all because of overthinking

Stop thinking and Start Applying.
My 1st Interview: Failed
My 2nd Interview: Failed
My 3rd Interview: Failed
My 4th Interview: Failed
My 5th Interview: Failed
My 6th Interview: Failed
My 7th Interview: Failed
My 8th Interview: Got the offer

If you just stop because of seeing some failure, you can not grow.

You only need to win once to change your life sometimes.

Take the shot.

15 min per day for 4 months = 30 hrs
30 min per day for 2 months = 30 hrs
 60 min per day for 1 month= 30 hrs

30 hrs is good enough to achieve beginner level in any technology.

That's how easy to start learning any new technology.

Pick your own schedule and start doing it.

 PS: Just start doing it.
