I’ve always believed that people don’t just leave jobs they leave environments that drain them. And if someone is willing to walk away without a backup plan, that says a lot about how bad things have become.

It usually comes down to:

1. A toxic or negative work culture
2. Being overworked and underpaid
3. No opportunities to grow or learn
4. Feeling unappreciated and unheard
5. Poor leadership and micromanagement
6. No respect for work-life balance
7. Constant pressure and unrealistic expectations
8.Wanting a fresh start after burnout

I’ve seen this happen too many times. If companies don’t create a healthy, supportive workplace, they’ll keep losing good employees.

Have you ever left a job without another one lined up? What pushed you to that decision?
