The most expensive AI degree in the world... is now free.

And it’s just a click away.

Harvard University has released 6 lectures on AI and prompt engineering, no paywall, no sign-up, just world-class insights.

As someone who’s spent two decades leading AI strategy, data governance, and digital transformation across legal tech, public service, and regulated sectors… I can tell you this:

📌 Prompting is the new executive literacy.

But most professionals are still stuck at the surface level, tinkering, not transforming.

If you're serious about building AI fluency (for yourself or your team), these lectures are your starting point.

I've included the direct links below.
And added 4 bonus lectures to take you deeper.

HARVARD LECTURES

AI skills will not increase your salary in 2026.
Business impact will.

I have spent 20+ years leading digital, data and AI transformation across legaltech, professional services, public purpose and regulated organisations.

The pattern is always the same.

The people who get paid more are not the ones who know the most tools.

They are the ones who can turn AI into:
✅time saved
✅revenue grown
✅risk reduced
✅decisions improved
✅customer experience enhanced

That is the real AI advantage.

❌Not prompts.
❌Not tool lists.
❌Not chasing the newest platform every week.

It is the ability to connect AI to outcomes the business already cares about.

Here are the AI skills I believe will matter most this year:
1. AI communication
Can you explain complex ideas clearly, quickly and simply?
2. AI automation
Can you remove repetitive work from a team’s week?
3. Data analysis with AI
Can you turn information into decisions, not just dashboards?
4. AI content creation
Can you scale output without losing credibility or voice?
5. No-code building
Can you turn an idea into a working prototype fast?
6. AI sales prospecting
Can you find better leads and personalise outreach at scale?
7. AI research
Can you turn information overload into usable insight?
8. Workflow design
Can you redesign how work actually gets done?
9. AI-assisted coding
Can you build small tools that solve real problems?
10. Personal branding
Can you make your expertise visible and trusted?
11. AI presentation skills
Can you turn complexity into a compelling story?
12. AI strategy
Can you judge where AI creates value, and where it creates risk?

Here is the nuance most people miss:

An AI skill without a business outcome is just a hobby.

The career upside comes when you can say:
“This saved 10 hours a week.”
“This improved conversion.”
“This reduced risk.”
“This helped leaders make a better decision.”
“This created measurable value.”

That is what separates an AI user from an AI leader.

Pick one skill.

Tie it to one outcome.

Measure what changes.

That is where salary growth will come from in 2026.

Which AI skill do you think will create the biggest career advantage this year?

Happy Saturday!
