How I moved from near-depression to building an AI solution for the depressed in 3+ years

When I landed in the UK 3 years ago straight into Isolation, within 10 days I almost got depressed,

Not because I lacked skills or education.

But because life as I knew it had paused and I had to start all over.

I was wrapping up my Ph.D., trading crypto successfully and life seemed โ€œfine.โ€

I had promised my wife Iโ€™d support her dreams, even if it meant relocating, so we did.

But hereโ€™s the reality most people donโ€™t talk about:

๐Ÿ‘‰ Relocation isnโ€™t always smooth. Many end up stuck, frustrated, even regretting it. Abroad, joblessness can strip you bare.

For me, that meant starting over as a support worker, juggling night shifts while figuring out how to break into the UK job market.

Fast forward 3 years:

I now serve as Head of Data Science & AI, mentoring professionals across the UK and watching mentees land interviews and roles weekly.

This is what made the difference

๐Ÿ“Œ Seeking mentorship from those who walked the path before me
๐Ÿ“Œ Adapting quickly to the market
๐Ÿ“Œ Building proof, not just certificates
๐Ÿ“Œ Doubling down on learning (and teaching)
๐Ÿ“Œ Trusting God and not walking alone

My advice: Get the right support. Get the roadmap. Youโ€™ll save yourself years of struggle and regret.

For anyone in the UK who wants to build skills, gain experience and land a role in this last quarter of the year,

Iโ€™m opening a special discounted birthday opportunity to join the Accelerator London Center For Analytics today. Reach out now.

PS: This week is my birthday ๐ŸŽ‰. If my story has inspired you or helped you in anyway, please say a word of prayer for me โ€” it means more than you know.
