This means we might constantly be irritated, angry, sad, lonely, anxious..
🤦🏼♀️Then we get used to a baseline of anxiety and continue to treat SYMPTOMS, not PROBLEMS.
❌The problem is not the anxiety or lack of sleep or irregular bowel movements.
✅It’s a dysregualted nervous system.
