It's been 14 years since I spoke in front of an audience in the US.

That was at my high school's graduation!

Since then, it's been mostly Asia and in Vietnam, where I now call home.

Many of my friends and network in the US ask me: so what am I doing in Vietnam? What's it like building a company from scratch in another country?

I'm excited to return in August, where I'll be giving the keynote at the Leadership Convention in Boston for the NAAAP (National Association of Asian American Professionals).

The NAAAP is a non-profit organization in the United States dedicated to cultivating and empowering Asian American and Pacific Islander leaders.

The NAAAP promotes increased representation of Asian Americans in leadership roles in all sectors of the economy. It offers a variety of programming to support this goal.

Bà là tác giả của hồi kí Ao Dai được in ấn và phát hành tại Paris (Pháp), sau đó được dịch ra tiếng Anh, tiếng Ba Lan và trở nên nổi tiếng. Năm 2020, tác phẩm được tái bản lần 1 tại Việt Nam với tên gọi *Gánh Gánh Gồng Gồng.*

Tác phẩm này đưa người đọc đến với cuộc đời của một người phụ nữ nhỏ nhắn sống vào những năm đầu của thế kỷ 20 và trải qua nhiều giai đoạn thăng trầm của lịch sử đất nước.

My aunt Mrs Xuan Phuong, is the author of Ao Dai and now Gánh Gánh Gồng Gồng, is a legendary woman. She is now 94 years old. She is an esteemed art collector, but also a woman with much history and stories during the war period.

Recently, our team at Vietcetera Media was lucky enough to chronicle her life perspectives and story with one of the country’s most favorite storytellers and listeners Thuy Minh.
