It is with excitement that I write to announce I will be starting a new role as the inaugural Director of Environmental Stewardship and Sustainability at St. Joe's University later this month. While I am so thrilled at this opportunity, I am simultaneously sad to have to say goodbye to the University of Maryland, Baltimore.

In September 2021, I stepped onto this campus with Angela Ober under the leadership of Anna Borgerding, PMP to form a brand new office and create a framework for sustainability at the university. Eventually, we also brought on Meredith DiIoia to complete the team. Now 4.5 years later, I am so proud of the strides that UMB has made in projects spanning energy, waste, procurement, curriculum, and everything in between. Sustainability is an interdisciplinary field that touches nearly every facet of higher ed, and our team could not have accomplished all that we have without the support of so many incredible partners. UMB is such a special place, and I will miss it dearly!

To my UMB colleagues, please keep in touch. And to my Philly-area colleagues, I'm excited to re-connect as I start my new role!
