Everyone talks about OpenAI and ChatGPT.

The press coverage is full of interviews with Sam Altman.

But why is no one talking about the brains behind the system?

Most of you will be surprised to find out that OpenAI CTO is a female.

Her name is Mira Murati.

She previously worked for:

- Goldman Sachs (Summer Analyst)
- Tesla (Senior Product Manager, Model X.)
- Zodiac Aerospace (Advanced Concepts Engineer).

She joined OpenAI in June 2018.

She was responsible for Applied AI and partnerships in her role as VP.

In December 2020, she was promoted to the position of Senior Vice President of Research, Products, and Partnerships.

In May 2022, she was promoted to the current position of Chief Technology Officer at OpenAI.

This goes out to all the girls all around the world.

Impossible is nothing if you put your mind to it.
