What motivates me the most, where do I get my consistent level of fire energy from?

It really hit me one time to think deeper about my motive. But I could not find any complex, sophisticated answer than my original simple answer;

My future and the future of my family and those who I care for and those who count on me.

This is probably more than enough for anyone to strike towards their future with unstoppable energy.
