Just wrapped up a great week in Orlando for our annual Americas Asset Management Summit. We brought together 800 people to celebrate a record 2025 and gear up for whatever 2026 will bring our way.

One thing is clear—we will continue to be RELENTLESS. Relentless in better serving clients. Relentless in futureproofing our business. And relentless in delivering quality above all—we’re not chasing fads…we’re delivering quality investment capabilities that stand the test of time.

And who better to embody our ‘relentless’ spirit than our special guest, the one and only Tom Brady. As Tom said, "To be successful at anything, you don't have to be special, you just have to be what most people aren't: consistent, determined, and willing to work for it." And special thanks to Chris Simard for his awesome moderating.

A huge thanks to all of our speakers and everyone behind the scenes who brought the Summit to life.

Last night we hosted the J.P. Morgan Asset Management Alumni Reception, bringing former colleagues to the new 270 Park Avenue to reconnect and celebrate the business we’ve all had a hand in building.
 
In our industry, we all understand the benefits of compounding returns. I think the same is true for compounding relationships. Trust and relationships build in small deposits, and they earn interest! Decades later, you get a room of 150+ alumni, long-standing colleagues, and rising stars—the energy and stories in the room were incredible. Made me so proud to be a part of the J.P. Morgan family.
 
Thank you to everyone who joined us. And a special thanks to Lee Spelman for helping organize and host.
 
It’s a great reminder for all of us to keep making small deposits and investing in relationships new and old.

시작이 반이다 - “starting is half the task” - as a Korean proverb ​so aptly articulated. It’s time to keep moving! And that’s exactly what we are doing.

This past week we hosted our 10th annual Asia Global Research Summit in Seoul, Korea with clients from across the region. We see great opportunities ahead for the region and our clients.

I also stopped by to say hello to JPMAM China’s employees in Shanghai…and they are certainly moving! Desiree Wang Wang and team are leaning into active management, ETFs, AI and technology. They’re delivering global capabilities and expertise by the best asset manager in China.

While we may not have a crystal ball for the future, looking ahead we see tremendous opportunities…and now is the time to push forward.

Three of the most amazing individuals (who happen to be my kids) have all graduated this year. Each following their passion in life. I couldn’t be prouder. Art, Culinary exploits, and Finance and Entrepreneurship.

The last few years have had their share of curve balls. Plans changed, timelines shifted. Life has it’s share of challenges and opportunities. But if you follow your passion, all else will fall into place.

You don’t need a perfect journey to succeed, in business or in life. Point yourself in the right direction and commit to your passion, with a willingness to adapt. Your journey is just starting … I cant wait to see the amazing things ahead!

Just returning from a trip up north, and it was great to see all the momentum. We’ve spent the past 40 years serving the region’s largest institutions, and nearly two years ago, we launched our active ETF business to serve financial advisors and individuals. I spent time with our clients, partners and colleagues on the ground. The team is doing great work to bring our differentiated capabilities and depth of research to Canada…and we continue to bring the best of our capabilities to investors through our growing active ETF suite.
