After a successful Quality Month at Godrej Properties Limited in November, we were excited to extend the initiative to our North and West Zones, continuing to champion the theme ‘Innovate, Improve, Inspire’. This initiative focused on fostering a Quality-first mindset and celebrating excellence across all sites.
 
The celebrations kicked off with an inaugural event, where the Leadership team addressed staff and laborers, boosting morale and reinforcing our commitment to Quality-first practices. To engage employees, we organized quizzes, poster competitions, and skits by site teams that creatively highlighted quality practices in construction.
 
In partnership with GPL’s in house training academy Alchemy, a series of training sessions were conducted to upskill our teams, focusing on innovative methods, process enhancements, and continuous improvement—all aligned with the month’s theme. The festivities concluded with a closing ceremony, where outstanding performers were recognized and rewarded for their exceptional contributions throughout the month.
 
This Quality Month has reinforced our commitment to driving innovation, improvement, and excellence across all Godrej Properties sites.
