The Bangalore traffic congestion issues are getting worse day by day.

In last 10 years, the private vehicles have doubled to 10 million.

Every year ~0.5 Million new population is getting added. The growth has been around 3-4% every year.

The city is already investing 27,000 Crores on Infra development over next 40 months to solve the traffic issues. Bangalore is the first city to partner with Google to optimize its traffic.

But every effort seems to be very less effective or slow.

Senior HR texts him late night- hey Rahul , can you meet me in the seminar room tomorrow first thing in the morning?

Rahul (thinking what it could be)- Umm, haa sure, I'll see you tomorrow, Good night.


--next morning--

Rahul Hi Nikhil, how are you? tell me anything urgent?

𝐇𝐑- Yes Rahul , you know we appreciate your hard work and the 6 long years you've given to this company.

Rahul - aahaan.. yes, and..?

--(Rahul could now see where this is going)--

𝐇𝐑- but you also know that management has decided to take some really difficult steps to save this company. So we will have to let you go for now.

--(Rahul being calm nods his head, but unable to speak anything)--

𝐇𝐑: Rahul I understand the position you are in right now, trust me I did my best to convince the management for you but I'm helpless.

Rahul : Nikhil, I respect the decision management took and I'm sure they must have given it a serious thought before taking such steps. I'm not blaming you or anyone.

--Rahul collects his stuff, did the paperwork and wished everyone a nice goodbye--


(1 month later, Rahul got a new job with a 30% hike)

𝐇𝐑 𝐜𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐬 Rahul 𝐚𝐠𝐚𝐢𝐧: Hey Rahul, saw your LinkedIn update, congratulations buddy. I know I have no right to ask help from you but can you refer me in your new company? I'm in the same position where you were a month back.

Rahul : Sure, send me your CV.
