Day 3 as an SDR at Deel.
I was really nervous to tell people I was going “back” to an SDR role (I’ve been an Account Executive and in my last role was Head of Sales Development).
Don’t get me wrong, it’s great to be ambitious and go for that promotion and have a prestigious job title.
But… the truth is, I LOVE being an SDR regardless of whether it’s a junior role or not. I also believe that in order to be successful at a company, starting out as an SDR lends you so many skills and gives you a great opportunity to really learn and understand your product.
I’m proud to be an SDR
I’m not rushing to become an AE
Always do what makes you happy & fulfils you, rather than what society tells you to do! 🤗
