I really can’t believe how this job market is right now!
Especially during the biggest holiday season of the year. Thanksgiving and Christmas.
You have people that have been looking for jobs for months, and even years.
You have people that have been evicted, in debt, losing their peace; and if it hasn’t happened yet, they’re close to it.
How can we expect to feel confident going to college but come out more stressed looking for a job?
How can we expect to get hired but feel worried about our job security with layoffs?
How can people who have been working for 5,10, or even 20 plus years feel comfortable with their job when they see their friends and family lose their jobs to budget cuts.
This job market isn’t for the weak.
These applications that people are filling out daily is exhausting.
The rejections are exhausting.
The ghosting from recruiters and HR are exhausting.
People just need to feed themselves, their family, their peace.
If you’re in the job market still looking for a job, trust me, I was in the same boat.
I made it out, but man… it was one of the biggest challenges I ever had to go through.
I believe in each and everyone of you.
But I also don’t blame you one bit for how you feel.
Goodluck. Keep going. The storm will soon be over.
You’re hired.
You’re hired.
You’re hired.
Congrats in advance.
