🍕 Additionally over 25 participants from 10 European restaurant brands voted me “McWin Leadership University Student of the Year.” The question was which participant had made the biggest impact. I am so grateful for this direct feedback. 🙏
🍕Over the next 5 years, 25% of our jobs will disappear, 43% of tasks will be taken over by AI, and nearly half of professional skills will evolve. Against this backdrop, McWin UNI equips todays and tomorrow’s leaders with the relevant human and strategic skills needed to succeed in this changing world. 📈
🍕Participants came from the most succesful European hospitality industry e.g. L'Osteria, Big Mamma Group, GAIL's, dean&david Franchise GmbH, BURGER KING Deutschland GmbH, Sticks'n'Sushi, Rex Concepts CEE, Subway
🍕We had three events in Poland—Wroclaw, England—Cambridge, and Spain—Sitges. In these modules, we were trained in leadership, self-awareness, neuroscience, strategy, financial acumen, artificial intelligence, networking, and best practices. It was exceptionally good! 👍
