Google was my dream company but I always hesitated to apply because of DSA.
I was super confident about my Data Engineering skills but not about my DSA skills and it was my weakest point. So I never actively applied.
One day, I was given an opportunity to interview at Google by one of the recruiters. I thought what is the worst that can happen, let's give it a try and here I am! 😅
It turned out my DSA skills were good enough 🤷♂️
A lot of times, we think we are not at the level our dream companies want but we will never know unless we apply and figure it out.
Worst case, you'll learn about their interview process. Best case, your skills were exactly what was needed and you will be selected like I did.
