It's easy to think that customers and investors are the only people you need to sell to, but your brand extends far beyond your PR or social media efforts.
If I've applied to a position at your brand, there's something about your company's purpose that has resonated with me. Even if I don't get the position, there's still a chance for me to become a future customer.
But if you ghost, you've just created a negative experience for me.
