I REALLY had to step out of my comfort zone to improve this… and it was TOUGH. 😅

🧠 Self confidence!!

I used to be the most UNCONFIDENT person in school… genuinely!!! I’d overthink EVERYTHING.

I think it came from being a bit of a perfectionist and always second-guessing myself. I’d constantly worry about what people thought of me, and that made me super anxious in social settings.

And don’t even get me started on interviews 😩. From my first job interviews to uni applications… I’d be stressing over them WEEKS before. Panicking and rehearsing what I’d say etc.

Looking back, I WISH I had a tool to help me prep. Something like Asendia AI the first real-time AI career coach, Sarah, that helps you practice interviews and build confidence around your personal brand 👏🏽 She helps you prep for any type of interview by giving you a chance to practice, gives personalised feedback and also matches you with job opportunities that actually align with your profile too!!

The reality is that confidence grows the more you stretch it. Every time you step out of your comfort zone, you show yourself what you’re capable of.

And being confident in business is EVERYTHING!! Confidence is what helps you speak up, make decisions, pitch yourself, back your ideas, and show up consistently. If you’re building something, you have to learn how to back yourself first before anyone else does.

So here are a few things that have actually helped me build confidence when building P3prmnt 👇🏽

💬 1. Practise speaking!! Whether it's pitching, presenting or just talking on stories, the only way to get better is to just keep doing it. Repetition builds skill. Skill builds confidence. Tools like Asendia AI give you the support to practise

✍🏽 2. Know your value and write it down! That list will remind you of what you’re capable of. Read it back when self-doubt kicks in to remind yourself how far you've come.

👥 3. Put yourself in new rooms! The more you connect with people outside your circle, the more your social confidence grows and more opportunities come your way. So just PUT YOURSELF OUT THERE!!

🎥 4. Surround yourself with people who stretch and support you! When you’re in rooms with people smarter or more experienced than you, it PUSHES you.

💡 5. Reframe mistakes as feedback. You will mess up sometimes, but that doesn’t mean you’re not good enough. Every mistake is just a lesson!

The version of me who used to panic over interviews would never believe I’d now run a business, pitch in meetings, and show up online like this. Growth really does start where comfort ends.

What’s one thing that’s helped you grow your confidence? Let me know in the comments!!!

REPOST if you think that self confidence is SO important in business (and just life!) ♻️♻️

I started my first business when I was JUST 14! Now im 22, and these are the BEST bits of ADVICE I've been given … 😮‍💨🔥

What a wild 8 years it's been! I look back at 14-year-old me, who used to sell clothes online, and she never imagined business would be the path I'd take. In fact, I wanted to be a marine biologist, then a pilot, then a paramedic 😂

But business has always been my thing.

Over these 8 years, I've learned A LOT—made tons of mistakes, celebrated wins, and tested many different ideas that worked (and didn’t). 😅🙌 Through it all, here are some of the MOST valuable lessons I’ve learned and the best advice I’ve been given:

→ Patience is KEY 🗝️ – Oh man, this one hit me HARD (and still does). When I get passionate about something, I want to move at 19505403 mph. But the best thing you can do is start slow and small, research and take your time!

→ Everyone is on different journeys 🛤️ – Don’t compare yourself to others!! Especially those that are older than you and wonder why you're not where they are—duh, they’ve had EXTRA time! 😅

→ Be UNIQUE – don’t copy; be the one to do it differently! Standing out is what will get you remembered 💅

→Take advice always—but be selective 🧠 – Not every piece of advice is useful. I learnt this the hard way!
.
→ Trust yourself and your gut 💡 – You need to give yourself some credit. No one knows your vision better than you do.

→ LEARN, LEARN, LEARN 📚 – Always look to improve because, at the end of the day, you don’t know it all! Stay curious.

→ Focus on solving problems, NOT just making money 💼 – Successful people and businesses solve real problems. If you focus on adding value to people’s lives, the financial rewards will follow🤝

→ Health is wealth 🧘‍♀️ – You NEED to look after yourself. At the end of the day, you are your most important asset.

→ Stay persistent and believe in yourself 💪 – Self-doubt will creep in, especially when it gets tough, but persistence is what separates successful entrepreneurs from the rest. Trust in your vision and be relentless in pursuing it, even when it feels tough.

What advice has helped you the most in your journey? Share with everyone in the comments!! 🔥

If there is ONE thing I want everyone to know about starting a business, it’s this… 🤯

That your background DOESN’T matter!!! 😱

I started my business with only £100, no university degree or experience , pretty rubbish A-levels, and I didn’t have a single business connection or network. But it NEVER stopped me. 😏

And I get it—sometimes you look online and see all these successful entrepreneurs who have built amazing businesses, but some started with a lot of money or connections that made it easier. It’s hard not to feel frustrated by it or think, “I could do that if I had the same resources.” 😅

But if anything, starting from nothing is 1) more impressive and 2) WAY more beneficial. You appreciate it more, you know the business inside out, and it’s way more rewarding as the growth is HUGE!!🙌

So NEVER let your background stop you. Just work with the resources you have and focus on your own lane. ✌️

Here are the things I focused on first to help build myself up:

→ TEACH YOURSELF!! You don’t need a fancy course that someone is trying to sell you. All the information you need is online for free—ChatGPT, YouTube, podcasts, you name it. I taught myself! 💻🎧

→NETWORK!! - BIG BIG stuff!! Reach out to people, sign yourself up for events, and START the conversations. 💬

→ REMEMBER THAT IT TAKES TIME!!! Trust me, I started this 4 years ago, and I still feel like I’ve just started. P3PRMNT is what it is today because I took the time to learn, make mistakes, improve, and gather data. ⏳

→ THINK IN A SMALL BUDGET MINDSET 💸 I learned to DIY wherever possible, use free tools, and negotiate with suppliers. Get creative with problem-solving.

→ BUILD GOOD HABITS 🗓️ When you don’t have experience, structure is everything. I focused on creating a daily routine that helped me stay consistent!

→ RECOGNISE SEASONS OF GROWTH - I recently read one of Steven Bartlett Instagram stories where he mentioned that life goes through seasons of good and bad, and it’s the same with business!! So be persistent through the tough periods because it does get better, and having hard times is natural.

Starting out without a business background can feel overwhelming, but trust me, it’s possible. Just focus on the basics, be consistent, and take it one step at a time 🚀

What’s one tip you’d give someone starting out in business? Let me know in the comments 👌

And REPOST THIS to pass on the message! ♻️

I always used to be SO embarrassed to tell people this….. 😭

About my failures...😬

And let me tell you now, there’s been a FEW with building P3prmnt

It’s funny the more I’ve been in business, the more I just end up laughing about them and being so open about what I get wrong 😂

But when I first started, I was SO scared to talk about it. I’d skirt around any convo that hinted at struggle, and instantly change the subject. I was embarrassed. And being a young founder made it worse, I felt this constant pressure to PROVE I knew what I was doing.😮‍💨

Like if I admitted I messed something up, people would think I was “weak” or “clueless.”

But that mindset got me absolutely NOWHERE. 🙅‍♀️

The problems were still there. The mistakes didn’t disappear. If anything pretending made it all feel heavier.

Now 5 years into building P3prmnt if someone asks me if I’ve made mistakes I just laugh and say, “Which one do you want to hear about first?” 😂

Because no matter how much education, funding, advice, or mentorship you’ve got… every founder is just trying to figure it out. We ALL make mistakes.

It’s literally part of the process.

So here are some tips that helped me shift my mindset on failure — and why I actually see it as essential now 👇🏽

💭 1. Reframe failure as feedback - Instead of asking “Why did this happen to me?” start asking “What is this trying to teach me?” Every failure holds a lesson and everything happens for a reason. Just DON’T make same mistake twice.

🧠 2. Remove the ego - A bad decision doesn’t make you a bad founder. We attach so much shame to messing up, but often it's just our ego being bruised.
You’re not here to look perfect. You’re here to GROW!!!

📚 3. Keep a failure log - Start a running doc called “What I Learned the Hard Way.” Or “DON’T do that again” ahahah. Logging what went wrong (and how you fixed it) is valuable because you’ll spot patterns in your decision-making, avoid repeating costly errors, and feel way less emotional when something flops again.

🫶🏽 4. Talk about it (with the right people) - When you open up about failure, you realise how common it is. But choose your audience wisely: talk to people who understand the journey, not ones who’ll judge it.

🧗🏽‍♀️ 5. Play the long game Zoom out. One bad launch, wrong hire, or awkward client call won’t ruin your business. How you deal with it is the important part!!

🔁 6. Don’t romanticise getting it “perfect” let me tell you now perfect doesn't exist! It’s a moving goal post and super subjective. Just focus on being proactive, getting things DONE and continuous improvement

What’s one mistake that taught you a lesson you’ll never forget?👇🏽 Let me know in the comments!!!!!

If I had to REDO my business from the start, here are 6 things I’d do DIFFERENTLY!!! 😳

I’ve been building P3PRMNT for 5 years—starting as a small side hustle from my bedroom at my mum’s house, to scaling up with brand partnerships, and now creating my ultimate vision: a high-quality, vintage-inspired athleisure brand. ✨

It’s been a wild learning journey—lots of mistakes, lots of wins. That’s what I love about running an e-commerce brand—it’s always evolving, always challenging, and always teaching me something new. 🤓📚

While my main advice is JUST START (experience is the best teacher), here are 6 things I wish I’d done differently:

1️⃣ DONT. RUSH. ANYTHING!! I can tell you now, no extra sales are worth rushing your branding, products or cutting corners on things. Rushing these will cause you bigger problems down the line!🤷‍♀️

2️⃣ Be Selective with Partnerships 🤝It’s easy to get caught up in the excitement of collaborating with brands, but not all partnerships are actually beneficial for your business. If their audience isn’t your customer base, you’re just wasting time and money.

3️⃣ Seek Advice BUT Take It with a Pinch of Salt 🧂 I’ve asked SO MANY people for advice over the years. But the more I asked, the more I realised—everyone’s advice contradicts someone else’s! Take advice, but filter it through your own vision and gut instinct. No one knows your brand like YOU do.

4️⃣ If You’re an E-Commerce Brand – INVEST in Your Website 🖥️ I know it’s tempting to DIY it (trust me, I did), but I’m not a web developer, so my first site was basically just… pretty, but not SEO-optimised at all. 😭 Switching later was a nightmare - invest in a solid website from day one.

5️⃣ Working Yourself into the Ground ISN’T Worth It 🚨 Your health is everything. If you burn out, your business suffers. Set strong work/life boundaries and stick to them. Being exhausted won’t make you more successful—it’ll just make you miserable.

6️⃣ PLAN… Just PLAN 📝 I didn’t plan anything when I started P3PRMNT Mainly because I didn’t even know this would become my full-time thing! 😂 But looking back, having a clear strategy would have helped me scale quicker.

Building a business is a learning curve—you’ll never get everything right from day one. But if you’re just starting out hopefully these lessons save you from a few headaches. 😅

I REALLY challenged myself with this one …. 😅

On Friday last week, my sister asked me to take a day off work for a sisters day trip. My immediate reaction was no because I “had too much work to do” 📅

But then I realised that actually:

1. Being a founder means there’s always work to do 📈
2. Even if I worked 24/7, I’m sure I’d still find more things to do 🔄
3. Life is all about balance, which means I should be able to take a day off to spend with my sister and look after my mental health (and just live a little)💖

I’m not gonna lie, I found it TOUGH 😬 - I was anxious I’d miss out on messages, have a ton of emails pile up in my inbox, or something would go wrong 📧📱

But guess what?!….

Literally nothing happened. Nothing at all 🚫

A day off work won’t set you behind, ruin your hard work, or take you back to the start 🚀

The benefits of taking a break:

→ Time to Reevaluate Your Goals: Stepping away from the daily grind allows you to reflect on what’s truly important for your goals 🎯

→ Boosts Creativity: A change of scenery and routine can provide fresh perspectives. New experiences can inspire innovative ideas and creative solutions that you might not have considered while stuck in your usual environment 💡🌍

→ Reduces Stress and Prevents Burnout: Taking a break helps to reduce stress, allowing your body and mind to recover and recharge. You can't be working at 100% all the time 🧘‍♂️💆‍♀️

→ Improves Productivity: After a period of rest, you often return to work with renewed energy, focus, efficiency, and effectiveness in your tasks ⚡✅

→ Enhances Mental Health: Time away from work can help you manage and improve your mental health. It gives you the opportunity to engage in activities you enjoy, which can boost your mood and overall happiness 😊🌈

→ Strengthens Relationships: Spending quality time with friends and family strengthens your personal connections and support network ❤️👨‍👩‍👧‍👦

→ Increases Job Satisfaction: Taking time off can help you appreciate your work more, as it’s not seen as something hindering your life 🏆

Taking a day off is not a sign of weakness or lack of commitment; it's a strategic move to ensure you remain at your best, both personally and professionally. We work best when we are happy and healthy. 🌟

What is your favourite way to take a break from work? 🌴🗓️

Business has COMPLETELY changed because of this… 😱

💥 Social Media 💥

Business has undergone a massive transformation over the last few decades—it’s become WAY more personal. I can guarantee that social media is the driving force behind this change.

While we’re more connected than ever, we’re also more disconnected than ever in many ways.

And because of this, customers are craving CONNECTION 🤝 The brands that are absolutely crushing it right now? They’re the ones that feel PERSONAL—where founders step into the spotlight and become the face of their business.

✨ Think about it: Elon Musk, Grace Beverley, Melanie Perkins, Richard Branson—they’re not just CEOs. They ARE their brands.

TikTok and Instagram have over taken and In the world of content, faces are king. This is why creator-driven brands are thriving. 🚀 Look at Prime—the fastest-growing sports drink in history 🥤. Or MrBeast’s Feastables launch video, which racked up nearly 200 million views!!

🎥 Social media has birthed a new era: Creator Brands.

So, why am I the face of my brand P3PRMNT ?

→ Builds trust 🤝- People trust faces more than logos—it makes your brand relatable and human.

→ Creates uniqueness!!! A visible founder sets your brand apart. Products can be copied, but not the person behind them.

→ Loyalty ❤️- Sharing personal stories and struggles builds emotional connections. Your why is SO important.

→ Drives engagement 🔥Faces perform better in content, leading to higher views, clicks, and shares.

→ Fits social media!! Platforms reward authenticity and storytelling (just like LinkedIn!) Exactly where founders shine.

→ Adds Value 💡A founder’s involvement amplifies the brand’s meaning and their WHY.

💭 What do you think? Are founders the future of brand-building? Let me know in the comments 🧐

I will NEVER EVER miss these… in fact, I’ll ALWAYS clear my schedule…😱

Networking events!!! 🌟

Why? Because I cannot put into words how important networking has been to me and building P3PRMNT 💪

Yesterday, I was invited to an event by Ecomm Girls Club and I’ve never felt so inspired in my LIFE. A room full of CEOs, founders, and creative women was truly moving. And you know what?! I collaborated with them with custom P3PRMNT to cups especially for the event! 🤩

So why are these events SO important to me?

→ Learning and sharing information: Have a problem you just can’t seem to solve? Networking allows you to get help from someone who has had the same experience and learn how they handled it! And always return the favour with something you’ve learned. 😌

→Visibility: You’ve worked hard on your brand or service—now let people know about it!! When you stand out in both your expertise and the services you offer, it creates room for partnerships. 🚀

→Collaboration opportunities: All my B2B collabs have originated from some form of networking. 🤝

→Sharing ideas: Last night, I got so many recommendations and things that I should try out next with my brand! Things I didn’t think of before!💡

→Customer acquisition: Networking can lead to new customer referrals and business opportunities through word-of-mouth and personal recommendations. 📈

→ Support system: One of the most important elements—making friends and gaining a support system! If you’re a solo entrepreneur like myself, work can get incredibly lonely. Meeting others in similar positions means you’ll meet people who understand and will always support you. 🫶

Networking isn’t alway easy I know! It takes you out of your comfort zones - especially if you’re going alone and dont know anyone but it gets easier and easier the more you do it! And I promise you, itll help you so much in achieving your goals! 🕺

What is your experience with networking? Did it help you reach a goal? 🤓

I built a 6 figure e-commerce brand when I was ONLY 18, and I couldn’t have done it without ONE thing…

🔥 Confidence!!! 🔥

But you want to know the most ironic thing?? I spent most of my teenage years as the LEAST confident person ever.

I was the one who backed down, let people walk all over me, and rarely voiced my opinion because I was genuinely terrified of what others would think.

Teen me would have NEVER imagined being a CEO—sitting in daily meetings, negotiating deals, managing people, and making big decisions.

But when I was 18, I told myself that changed the game….

“What if I just faked being confident?” 🤷‍♀️

So that’s exactly what I did.

For the next two years, I scheduled meetings, made calls, sent emails to large brands I wanted to work with - just put myself in uncomfortable situations.

Deep down, I was TERRIFIED. But on the outside I acted confident—until one day, I wasn’t faking it anymore.

💡 Do something a million times, and you become a natural.

Confidence is gained but putting yourself in uncomfortable situations and just realising that they arent that bad!!

Now, confidence is second nature. And trust me—it makes ALL the difference in business:

✅ You come across as more trustworthy 🤝
✅ You seem more professional 👩‍💼
✅ People believe you’ll follow through & deliver 🎯

So here are some TIPS to build confidence:

→ Confidence comes from ACTION, not waiting – You don’t wake up one day feeling confident. You have to build it by taking action, failing, learning, and proving to yourself that you can handle anything.

→ Get comfortable with being UNCOMFORTABLE – The best way to grow confidence is to just push yourself into situations that scare you. Public speaking, networking, negotiating—whatever makes you nervous, lean into it. 🫡

→ STOP seeking approval – Confidence isn’t about being liked by everyone. It’s about being comfortable with who you are, regardless of external validation. 🙌

→ Train your brain to focus on WINS – Your mind naturally fixates on what went wrong (I know mine does hahah) So try flipping the script and focus on your wins

→ Master your body language and present yourself the WAY you want to be seen. A powerful outfit and good posture you feel good in makes a lot of difference to how you feel!

→ SURROUND yourself with confident energy – The people you spend time with influence how you see yourself.

This is the moment I’ve been WAITING 6 MONTHS for…..🎉😱

The countdown is on! I’m relaunching P3PRMNT THIS WEEK!!! 🥳

This whole experience has been FAR from straightforward, and it’s taught me an important lesson…

Just because something takes TIME doesn’t mean it’s NOT working! ⏳💪

I have to admit, reminding myself of this is something I really struggle with. When I have a new idea, I want to go a million miles an hour (adhd over here!). Then I end up feeling super frustrated when things aren’t as quick or exactly as I expected. 😅

But let me tell you NOW: progress is NEVER linear. EVER.

I experienced this with my rebrand of P3PRMNT I initially wanted to launch at the beginning of October…

But I wasn’t ready.

The website wasn’t finished and there were changes I wanted to make to the products. There were so many things I wanted to improve on, and as a team of one, there was a LOT of work to do. 🛠️

So I didn’t reach my initial goal. But that’s OKAY! 🙌 I also believe that if you’re going to do something, you do it PROPERLY! Setbacks will happen—it’s just important NOT to let them stop you. 🚀

So here are my tips on staying motivated through setbacks:

→ RECONNECT - Remember the “why” behind your company!!

→SHIFT from problems to solutions: Instead of focusing on setbacks, concentrate on actionable solutions. Is it just me, or do you also enjoy a challenge? 😂

→Get SUPPORT! Talk to mentors, advisors and people you trust. Remember, even the most successful people have setbacks!

→ Remember that setbacks are all part of the fun: Entrepreneurship is a ROLLERCOASTER! Setbacks are just part of the job description!

→Take a Break and Reassess: A change of pace and environment can be so powerful for clearing your mind and resetting. My relaunch idea came when I went to visit my mum in the countryside! 🌳☕

→Visualise the End Goal and TRUST THE PROCESS - Be patient, keep going, and keep improving.

What are some of your strategies for staying motivated during setbacks? Share in the comments 💬👇

In 2021, I received a single message that CHANGED the course of my life… 🤯

And it was only four words:

“Can I buy one?” 😳

Let me give you the backstory: It was during the Covid lockdown. I was stuck at home, unable to go to college, and I was bored out of my mind. So, I decided to decorate a plastic cup for my own use (I’m an iced coffee addict ☕️) and as a small project to pass the time. I had no idea what the future held for me. 🤷‍♀️

My mum took a photo of that cup and posted it on Facebook. 📸 Then I received a message from someone saying, “Can I buy one?”

So, I made another… and another… and another. It didn’t stop! That was my “I think I’ve got something here” moment. 💡

So, I launched a store, and within the first year, I had 60,000 sales.

I distinctly remember sitting on the living room floor with just my craft supplies and my laptop. I hand-made every single cup, packaged it up, and posted it myself. I had no special factory, no fulfilment center, no prior business knowledge, and no qualifications— just a drive and passion for business 👩‍💼

Fast forward to now:

✨no more handmaking for me (thank goodness ahah!) I’ve expanded to new products—bags, caps, socks, and more. Each product represents our shift towards becoming a full athleisure brand. We’re just getting started.👀 P3PRMNT

✨ Collaborating with some of my favourite brands

✨ HUGE plans for growth and expansion

Humble beginnings mean so much. 🌱 Because when you start small, every win feels massive.

So, here’s my message to YOU:

❌ You don’t need:
→ Loads of money or a big budget to start something.
→ Fancy resources or degree,
→ A big office or a picture-perfect workspace to feel “legit.“
→ A perfect plan—just starting is better than overthinking.
→ Connections in the industry. You can build your own network over time.

✅ What you DO need:
→ A positive mindset to keep going when things get tough.
→ The willingness to work hard—success doesn’t happen overnight.
→ Curiosity to learn on the job and adapt as you go.
→ Self-belief and passion—even when others don’t see your vision yet.
→ Patience because great things take time to grow.
→ Creativity and resourcefulness—use what you have to make it work.

Because at the end of the day, if I can turn a single cup into a business… YOU can do ANYTHING! 💪

What’s YOUR dream? Let me know in the comments! 👏

And make sure to REPOST!! ♻️

NO one EVER tells you this when you start a business... 🫠

How much of it is just straight-up TRIAL AND ERROR 😅

When I first launched P3prmnt, I had so many questions constantly spinning in my head.

“How do I even get started?” ,“How do I scale this?”, “How do I make the product better?”

And I used to think those answers were locked away somewhere - like you had to be in the right circles or know the right people to access them.

But I was SO wrong.

The more founders and successful business owners I’ve spoken to, the more I’ve realised their stories actually sound a lot like mine. They weren’t following a perfect blueprint but were figuring it out just like I was - trying, testing, failing, adjusting, and eventually landing on what worked.

Yes I’m not denying experience and research HELPS. But a huge part of growth in business is just being willing to give things a go.

When I created my first product I had no clue if people would even buy it. I believed in the idea and I knew it solved a problem. But I still had to go through rounds of disappointing samples, dodgy suppliers, and delays just to find a good supplier and a version that finally matched what I had in my head.

Nothing was smooth. But that's how it works. You learn fast when you're forced to figure things out in real time.

Here’s what trial and error taught me:

🔁 Trial and error ISN’t a setback, it’s part of the business game - It sucks but missteps are actually how I refined my process, found better suppliers, and understood my audience. Without those rough starts, P3prmnt wouldn't be what it is now.

🛑 Mistakes only win if you let them STOP you - There were times when a launch flopped, or a collab didn’t work, or I spent money on something that didn’t convert. But if I’d stopped there, I’d never have seen what was on the OTHER side. You keep going, or you stay stuck.

🔍 Research HELPS, but don’t wait forever to start - I spent way too long in the early days over-researching because I was scared of doing it wrong. Yes, research is SO SO important but at some point you have to move. No amount of Googling will teach you what actually doing the thing will.

🧠 When something doesn’t work, get specific about WHY - Really look at WHY!!! Was it the messaging, the visuals, the pricing, or the timing? There’s a lot to learn there!

📈 And when something goes right, understand WHY! - Write it all down, because those are the clues you can build from. Don’t just learn from mistakes, always learn from your wins too!!!

What’s one thing you only figured out by doing it wrong first? Share in the comments 👇

And make sure to REPOST if you agree!!! ♻️♻️

Understanding this ONE thing made business EASIER and INCREASED my productivity! 🤯🔥

Motivation comes in waves!!! 🌊 And this is NATURAL.

I don’t know about you, but some days I’m at peak motivation, knocking out a week’s worth of tasks in just a few hours, coming up with new marketing ideas, a new direction of growth …. You name it!! All for P3PRMNT and I feel on top of the world when this happens🌟. And then, the next day, I might feel completely stuck, lost and unmotivated 😅. My ADHD definitely plays a part, but it’s important to recognise that peaks and troughs in motivation are perfectly natural.

Just remember ….. You CAN’T always operate at 100% all the time. ⚡️

Motivation fluctuates due to various factors, including emotional and psychological states, physical health, and interest levels. For instance, physical well-being, mental fatigue, stress, burnout, and external factors like your environment and life events can significantly impact motivation. 🌱

So, how can you handle motivation dips? Here are some strategies that work for me:

→ Set Clear, Achievable Goals: Break down larger tasks into smaller, manageable goals. 🎯

→ Create a Routine: Establish a daily routine that incorporates productive habits. For example, at lunch, I always feel like I need a break, so I hit the gym! 💪

→ Prioritise Self-Care: Take care of your physical and mental health by getting enough sleep, eating well, exercising regularly, and managing stress. 🛌🍎

→ Revisit Your Why: Remind yourself why you started this journey. What’s your core motivation? 🔍

→ Celebrate Progress: Acknowledge and reward yourself for achieving milestones, no matter how small. 🎉

→ Change Your Environment: Sometimes a new setting or organising your workspace can refresh your perspective. I love working from a coffee shop—it instantly boosts my motivation! ☕️

→ Visualise Success: Use visualisation techniques to imagine achieving your goals. This mental rehearsal can enhance motivation and reinforce your commitment. 🏆

This is the ONLY thing that will actually make your goals happen …. 😎✨

YOU taking ACTION!!!

Okay, so I’ve been the queen of setting goals 👑 over the last few months with the rebrand and relaunch of P3PRMNT

And on Saturday, I did it again—I wanted to create some new Christmas/autumn content 🎄🍂 for P3PRMNT and I thought of a GREAT idea.

But instead of just leaving it as a vision/dream, I actually got to WORK and took action 💪. Within a week, I had organised it all!

Here’s how to make your idea a reality:

1. Define Your Idea- FOCUS it!! 🎯. If I can’t describe it in one sentence, I know it’s not precise enough. For example, for this shoot, I wanted aesthetic, retro, old-money vibes that fit my brand. I even made a vision board for it!

2. Break It DOWN - Big ideas can feel overwhelming, so I chop them into bite-sized tasks. Breaking it down makes it SO much more manageable 🗂️.

3. Use Deadlines!!! - When the timeline is tight, there’s no room for procrastination—I go into superdrive productivity mode ⚡

4. Gather Resources- I take stock of what I need and figure out how to get it. For this project, I leaned on my network—a friend to help model and a trusted photographer 📸.

5. Take Immediate Action -I don’t sit around waiting for things to feel “perfect” (trust me, there will never be a perfect time! 🙅‍♀️)

6. Stay Flexible This is key because not everything will go as planned - learn to adapt and keep moving forward 💪

7. Rinse and Repeat 🔄
Whether it’s a photoshoot, a new project, or even a life goal, this framework keeps me moving from idea to execution every time lol

Now it’s your turn—what idea are you going to MAKE HAPPEN next? And do you have any tips you’d add to this? 👀💭

GUESS WHAT?!? Today is a HUGE day for me!! it marks a whole year since I launched my website and thus my P3PRMNT cups to the world!! 😎😎

I still vividly remember that moment of clicking 'go live' on the website editor after weeks of intense work. And you know what happened?

Not much, to be honest! 😂

I'd love to spin you a wild tale like 'we made 10k sales in the first 2 hours' or 'we sold out in 5 minutes flat,' but alas, reality was a bit more humble. But hey, I saw it coming! Why? Because I was bootstrapping this venture all the way. No fancy ad campaigns, no media blitz, just me, my determination, and my personal savings budget of a 21yr old 😅

Here are some of the challenges I faced:
➔ Self-funding my startup at 21 meant I didnt have a massive budget like these large cooperations or high invested start up.
➔ I wasn't a website expert, so I had to DIY my way through.
➔ No mentors to guide me.
➔ I was a one-person army, handling everything solo (and still do!).
➔ Battling nerves and self-doubt, it really was a “well there's no going back now“ and “we've gotta pull this off now“ moment

But did I let any of that stop me?

NOPE! I taught myself a lot (thank you google 💁‍♀️) and I learnt the ropes of branding, product design, packaging, and logistics. My website might not be a work of art, but it's a testament to grit and perseverance. I had to launch to get the ball rolling. With the hopes for future growth, that launching will eventually lead me to investment, to outsourcing and to improving 🫡

“From humble beginnings come great things.“ Success isn't something that's handed to us, we have to work for it. Through generosity, grit, and determination (and some sacrifice), we make progress. 🤘

So don’t forget - your humble beginnings are not something to be ashamed of. Embrace them, as they will serve as a reminder of how far you've come. Let your humble beginnings inspire you to take yet one more step into the unknown.

Share how you started your career below!! I'm curious how you all started your journeys!! 🙆‍♀️

SO many companies FORGET about this but its their most VALUABLE thing… 😱

THEIR COMMUNITY!!

I’m relaunching P3PRMNT TOMORROW (SO EXCITED) and a massive focus for the relaunch is on the P3PRMNT community. Over the past year, I’ve realised that brands grow best when they’re built WITH people, NOT just for people. 🤝✨

And to do that, you’ve got to give back!

Especially as an e-commerce brand, it’s even more important to connect with people. That’s why I created P3PRMNT with a focus to:

✔️ Bring people together OFFLINE with cool events
✔️ Create products with people in mind
✔️ Build brand loyalty in a fun way

In today’s age of social media, where we’re so connected yet often lack real connections, this has never felt more important. 💔

So here’s why I think we should ALL focus more on community:

→ Boosts loyalty - When a brand invests in real-life events, customers feel VALUED as people, not just sales!!! 👏

→Feeling Like You Belong: People love feeling part of something, and brand communities give them that sense of belonging, making them feel seen and valued. 💕

→Good Vibes 🕺- When a brand creates a positive, supportive space, it cuts through all the negativity online and encourages people to connect in a healthy way

→ Fighting loneliness - Brand communities bring people together, helping them find new friends or just connect with others who share their interests. Did you know that 1 in 3 adults in the US feel lonely on a regular basis?! 😔

→ Positive marketing with organic content!!: A great event helps you stand out by offering memorable, unique in-person experiences that people want to SHARE with authentic content! Helps to build trust! 🏅

So my message - It’s about more than just selling a product. It’s about giving people something they can be a part of, something they believe in. 🌍💥

What do you think? Do you think community is important? Let me know in the comments!! 👇
