After 5 amazing years, I’ve decided it is time for me to leave Social Chain.

There aren’t enough words to describe how grateful I am for the opportunities this job has afforded me.

For the incredible people I have been able to work with.

Or the amazing projects I got to be a part of.

But it is time for me to move on, and I am equally excited for everything still to come in my career.

I cannot wait to see what everyone goes on to achieve with the incredible Peter Metcalfe at the helm.

The legacy and team I will be leaving behind is one I’ll be forever proud of, and I know I’ll be leaving them in safe and inspiring hands.

I’ll be watching on in excitement as they step into their next phase.

Do you recognise this image?

I'm sure you'll have seen this one, or very similar, from the amazing Instagram account @lizandmollie.

They've been sweeping the social world recently with their relatable infographics that make them nearly impossible not to share!

But who's behind the genius?

Liz Fosslien is one half of Liz and mollie and I'd absolutely love to see her on my podcast 'I Shouldn't Say This, But...'

Wouldn't you? šŸ‘€

The Social Chain office is staying open.\n\nAnd it was great to be able to share why on BBC Breakfast this morning.\n\nAs a leader, you have to consider the individual situation of each member of your team.\n\nBlanket approaches to working from home are unfair, and to many, they are potentially harmful.\n\nIt’s important to me that our team know they have full control of where they work. \n\nThat the office is open to anyone who needs it and that those who choose to work from home will be looked after.\n\nWe need to be looking out got each other. Now more than ever.\n\n#Leadership #Business #Culture
