When I asked my Dad what was on his bucket list
 He had one answer
.

“Go on safari with my family.”

This week, we made that dream come true.

Watching him experience this with 13 of his kids and grandkids reminded me why I started my entrepreneurial journey in the first place.

I never wanted to build a business just to make money.

I wanted to build a business that gave me the freedom to build a life I love.

A life filled with unforgettable experiences.
A life with the people I love.
A life where I could say “yes” to trips like this.

And these moments put everything into perspective.

In the end, it won’t be the meetings or deals you’ll remember. It’ll be the moments.

The adventures you took.
The memories you created.
The time you spent with the people you love.

Build the business.

But don’t forget why you started ❀

One year ago my book launched 🎉🎉

I remember standing in Times Square, looking up at a giant billboard with my cover on it.

It was one of those moments I had dreamed about for years.

But when I look back today

That’s not what I remember most.

I remember looking down.

Seeing my husband.

Seeing our four children.

Feeling overwhelming gratitude that they were standing there with me.

I couldn’t hold back the tears.

For so many years, I chased milestones believing they would be the destination.

The company.
The exit.
The bestseller.
The billboard.

But success has a funny way of changing you.

You realize the biggest achievement isn’t what you build.

It’s who you’re able to share it with.

Writing Mistakes That Made Me a Millionaire was a great achievement.

But the people beside me that day are what make my life meaningful.

A year later, I’m incredibly grateful to everyone who read it, shared it with a friend, or reached out to tell me how it impacted them.

Thank YOU!

You reminded me that our greatest work isn’t measured by sales, rankings, or awards.

It’s measured by the lives we touch and the people we love along the way.

And for that, I’ll always be grateful. ❀

200,000 people
and somehow it still feels personal. 🎉

I started posting because I needed an outlet

A place to share the truth about what I was going through.

The late nights.
The self-doubt.
The moments I almost gave up.

The parts no one sees behind the “success.”

I didn’t want to just share the highlight reel.
I wanted to share the real story.

And something powerful happened.

People connected.

Not to perfection
 but to truth.

Over time, this became more than posting.
It became a community.

Partners who helped me grow my business.

Employees who built alongside me.

Peers who supported me.

Investors who made a bet on me.

Mentors who changed my life.

So this isn’t just a milestone for me.

It’s for YOU.

Thank you for reading.

Thank you for engaging.

Thank you for being part of this journey.

If you’ve been waiting to post, to connect, or to reach out
 don’t wait.

This is your sign.

The people are here.

The opportunities are here.

And the connection is always waiting

On the other side of your comfort zone.

I appreciate you all 🙏

The 5 most expensive career mistakes👇

1. Staying in a job you’ve outgrown.

2. Taking advice from “experts” who’ve never actually built anything.

3. Shrinking to make other people feel comfortable.

4. Building everyone else’s dream before your own

5. Playing small because you’re afraid to fail.

I’ve made some of these myself
.

The real cost isn’t money
 it’s time.

Which one hits hardest? 👇

I am a CEO.

My gender isn’t what led me to where I am today.

My hard work, determination, and resilience did.

Who’s with me?

Back in Italy and all I can think about is..

My grandma.

When I started my first internet company, no one would invest in my “crazy” idea.

I heard “no” so many times
.

👉 You’re too young
👉 You don’t have any money
👉 You don’t have the experience
👉 You’re crazy, get a “real” job

But my 80 year old grandma gave me a $10,000 loan.

She had no idea what the Internet was back then
 but she believed in me.

That kitchen table internet startup?

It grew into a $100 million business.

And before she passed, I brought her to Italy.

And we drove a Ferrari through the hills of Tuscany. The “high life” she called it!

Now, years later, I’m back here.

And it hits different.

Because behind every “overnight success” is someone who simply needed one person to believe in them.

She was mine.

And she’s the reason I’ve invested in over 100 entrepreneurs since.

I know what it’s like to be underestimated, and I know what can happen when someone takes a chance on you.

So to all the dreamers, founders, and future success stories reading this

If I can do it, so can you.

Never forget
.

You don’t need everyone to believe in you.

You just need one.

Keep pushing forward! đŸ’Ș

People ask me
 “How’d you get so lucky?”

The TRUTH 👇

It was hard work.

The late nights.

The early mornings.

The failures no one saw.

The tears behind closed doors.

The struggles that kept me up at 3am.

The moments I wanted to quit
 but didn’t.

Success rarely looks glamorous while you’re building it.

It looks like sacrifice.

Discipline.

Resilience.

And showing up
especially when no one is clapping.

So if you’re in the messy middle right now

Keep Going!

One day people will call it “luck.”

But you’ll know what it really took. đŸ’Ș

I’ve been an entrepreneur for over 20 years

If I could give my younger self 3 pieces of advice, it would be this

1. Feel the fear and do it anyway.

You’ll never feel completely ready. When I started my first company, I had no experience, very little money, and plenty of self-doubt. But I took the leap anyway.

That little business started at my kitchen table and eventually grew into a $100 million company.

2. Choose progress over perfection.

I wasted too much time believing everything had to be perfect, the website, the pitch, the hiring decisions. Perfection slows you down.
Progress creates momentum. Launch. Learn. Improve. Repeat.

3. Dream bigger than feels comfortable.

The biggest limitation wasn’t money or experience. It was the size of my own thinking.

Most of us underestimate what’s possible, not because we lack ability, but because we don’t give ourselves permission to think bigger.

Looking back, I wish I had.

If you could give your younger self one piece of career advice, what would it be?

We made #187 on the Inc. 5000 list! 🎉

Juni Sparkling Adaptogen Drink is one of the fastest growing private companies in America.

But the number isn’t what I’m most proud of.

It’s the people behind it.

The team who kept showing up.
The partners who believed in us early.
The customers who took a chance on us.

Building a company is never a straight line.

There are hard days. Mistakes. Uncertainty.

And plenty of moments when you wonder if what you’re building will actually work.

And then there are days like this. 🎉

Days that remind you why you started and why you keep going.

To everyone who has been part of the JUNI journey Thank You!

This milestone belongs to all of us.

And we’re just getting started. 🚀

Yesterday was a moment I’ll never forget

Standing at Nasdaq to ring the Opening Bell and celebrate Juni Sparkling Adaptogen Drink being named #187 on the Inc. 5000 was incredibly special.

And it reminded me of something I believe deeply 👇

It doesn’t matter your age.
It doesn’t matter your gender.
It doesn’t matter your experience.

Entrepreneurship is a journey ANYONE can take.

You don’t have to have it all figured out.

You just have to be willing to start.

Thank you Inc. Magazine and Bonny Ghosh for this incredible recognition!

Your next chapter might be bigger than you ever imagined.

They open doors.

They share what they’ve learned.

They speak your name in rooms full of opportunity.

And they remind us that success means more when we rise together.

It only takes ONE person to change your life.

For me
it was my 80 year old grandma.

When no one else believed in me, she gave me a $10K loan.

That one decision changed everything.

I built something bigger than I ever imagined

I sold it for $20 Million 💰

And she made 100X her money back.

Because behind every “overnight success” is someone who simply needed one person to believe in them.

She was mine.

And she’s the reason I’ve invested in over 100 entrepreneurs since.

I know what it’s like to be underestimated.

I sold my last company for $235M
.

Here’s what I learned the hard way 👇

1. The people around you matter just as much as the idea itself.

2. Confidence comes from action, not waiting to feel ready. Start. Learn. Adapt.

3. Growth requires discomfort. If it feels easy, you’re not playing big enough.

4. Resilience beats talent every time. The winners are the ones who didn’t quit.

5. Failure isn’t the opposite of success, it’s part of the journey to get there.

Which lesson resonates most?

There is no such thing an overnight success

I learned this growing up watching my Dad.

He was always starting some new venture and chasing a BIG dream
.

It was like being on a never ending roller entrepreneurial coaster ride

Most people would have given up if they’d faced bankruptcy as many times as he did
. but not my dad.

The word “quit” wasn’t in his vocabulary.

Watching his drive shaped me into the person I am.

Which is to say
 extremely determined
and a little bit delusional. ;)

He taught me that failure wasn’t just a part of the journey to success; it was essential to it.

Success is never a straight line.

It’s a winding path full or roadblocks, challenges, and detours. You have to keep pushing forward despite them.

Why am I sharing this today?

Because today is his birthday 🎉

And at 78, my Dad just launched a new real estate business.

So it you’re reading this and you want to start something new

I want to encourage you it’s NEVER too late to start!

If my Dad can can do it
 SO CAN YOU!

Drop a 👍 if you’re with me!

20,000 people came to Madrid to talk about AI

And all I can think about is one thing
.

The People.

AI can accelerate ideas.

But people create opportunities.

Behind every great company is a founder who refused to quit.

Behind every breakthrough is a conversation.

Behind every opportunity is a relationship.

When I look back at the biggest moments of my career, they all trace back to people.

Not algorithms.

Not technology.

People.

So as we race into the future of AI, let’s not forget the thing that matters most:

Human connection.

Because in a world where everyone has access to technology

People will always be the real competitive advantage ❀
