We had an amazing indvidual in the last stages of our SDR interview process. She had two offers. We told her to take the other job.

The other job was ultimately a better decision for her and her family. It made more sense in the long run.

No company should ever stand in the way of a better life.

We missed out on a great person but guess what? She is still a fan and we will meet again in the future.

Remember, candidates are people first. They have families. They have responsibilities that are infinitely more important than your company.

Help the people first. You will be repaid in the long run.
