Survey respondents reported how communication breakdowns affected the workplace:
🔻 Delay or failure to complete goals (44%) ⏳
🔻 Missed performance goals (25%) 🎯
🔻 Lost sales (18%) 🚫💼
The longer we stay with an organization the more productive we get —we learn the systems, we learn the products, and we learn how to work together. In the right environment (onboarding, coaching, training, teamwork) we rapidly ‘find our place’ and start to add more and more value.
🔹 Teams with more diverse backgrounds have 35% improved creativity and performance (McKinsey).
🔹Teams that work well together are 50% more productive (Stanford)
🔹Teams make better decisions 87% of the time compared to individuals.(Harvard)
