This week I had the pleasure of visiting our flagship turbomachinery site in Florence, Italy. It is always valuable to spend time with our team and I appreciate the breadth, depth and diversity of their expertise.
It was great to see the progress we are making in designing and manufacturing technologies that can be applied for industrial energy applications like hydrogen, energy storage and CCUS. This includes developing advanced materials to avoid hydrogen embrittlement and that can operate in extreme environments, like supercritical CO2.
