I was not able to crack any internship while my stay at NSIT. \n\nForget getting an interview, I wasn't even properly prepared to crack online assessment rounds of decent companies.\n\nBut the attitude, “Kuch na kuch to kar lenge“, this never left me.\nEven when I was at bottom of the world, I had this same attitude, “Kuch na kuch to kar lenge“.\n“Nhi aayega, seekh lunga“\n“Nhi hoga, aur mehnat kar lunga“\n\nIt's impossible to defeat someone who is not ready to accept it. It has been pretty great experience teaching all these students and thanks to Graphy for recognising me as one of their superstars.

End of the day, it is not me who has reached there. It is the support of you people which made me what I am today.

GFG was there when Indian students were struggling to find resources.

Most of the players you see today, have entered the education sector very late & certainly have visited GFG for their doubts.

Sandeep Jain sir has built everything from scratch. Bootstrapped company, generating millions, helping uncountable students & employing 100s of people.

Congratulations 🎉 to him for launching his new product GFG Premium and I am pretty sure he will deliver as always.

I resigned from Microsoft

📍Kya hua bhaiya , culture acha nhi tha ? Kahi aur job milgyi ? Nikaal to nhi diya ?
What is the reason ?

To be clear, Microsoft have few of the best managers on Earth. I have received immense support from the Microsoft team throughout my span at the company and I can't be more grateful for it.
I loved my short yet amazing stint at MS.

📍So bhaiya job se resign kyu kiya ?

Short answer would be, personal goals.
I was not able to cope up with regular job and handle my both the channels simultaneously.

Not only YouTube, I was also focusing on building a product, building a team, teaching, and meeting new people too.

So ye sab ke saath kaafi hectic hogya tha and best decision was to leave the company and focus on my personal goals.

📍 Bankrupt hogye to kya ? Savings hai ?

Working for past few years at top MNCs, running a youtube channel and teaching have made financially strong enough to sustain me and family for a good span of time.

Secondly, we are building a product and trying new avenues as well. So lot of hopes there as well.

📍 What if apko dubara job na mile ?

I recently had this conversation with my mentor, who is running a company worth $3.5 billion. His answer was simple,
“Love, don't be afraid to take decisions which are reversible in nature. Just take them.“

Yes, software industry is such an Industry that have the ability to welcome you back again with open arms. So no worries about that as well.

I hope, vo sab “ex-microsoft“ wale comments ko ab thodi santushti prapt hui hogi 😂

Aur ji nhi, hame nhi nikala gya hai. Before people start making blog posts.

Thanks for all of your warm birthday wishes ❤️ you guys really made this day special.🙌

Here's a picture of me and manager having fun time at Microsoft campus Hyderabad.

Had a great time there 🥂

PS: I have made a video on this too, if you want to know more, will provide you the link in comment section.

16,000 to 50 lakh placement ?

A great line for YouTube thumbnail right ?

But what a Youtube thumbnail can't describe is the hard work, anxiety, self doubt and pain the person went through before making this.

The reality of this cruel world is, nobody cares about efforts. Literally “nobody“.

Your parents might sympathise for couple of days, but they also know that nothing can change the result of you failed

The outcome speaks for you and the there is no other way around.

There are so many stories when UPSC aspirants were mocked for aiming huge before becoming an IAS officer.

A guy wearing casual clothes on a cycle :
He doesn't have good clothes.
A guy wearing casual clothes leave a Mercedes :
He is so down to earth & humble.

You'll see society changing perceptions according to your success and you will see that for sure.

It's always better to focus on ourselves rather than what society thinks. Because if you are successful they eventually have to clap.

And yes, don't forget to checkout this new video on our channel where we discussed a story for Farmer's son(Santosh Kumar Mishra ) making it to Microsoft 💯

Not 1 but 3 offers from top tech companies were offered to our Codehelp Alumni ❤️

A lot of allegations were made regarding our claim of placing students at top tech companies.😂

So here's our first video testimonial (a lot more to come in future) and it will act as a guide to students preparing for off campus placements from a tier-2/3 college.

Why we are giving Supreme 1.0 free with Supreme 2.0 ? 🎁

There are numerous students who start DSA on their own and leave it mid-way.
It's because they encounter any tough topic in-between and make a U Turn.

So, they might not need basic lectures of flowchart loops etc, and want to start directly with further topics.

Now, not only they get access to LIVE lectures of Supreme 2.0 but also recordings of Supreme 1.0 to keep them on front foot.

If you don't know about DSA Supreme 2.0, you can check out the launch video in comment section.
We are already getting an amazing response since launch,
Supreme walo ki Supremacy dikhegi 💪🏻

Super proud of my current team – we’ve built an AI-powered problem solver, similar to LeetCode, that enhances students’ problem-solving experience. It’s almost ready to go live, just finalising questions and test cases.

A while back, I hired 5-6 interns and left all the tech development in their hands with 0 involvement on my part. Big mistake. Things quickly became unstable, and bugs & crashes started rolling in .

Lesson learned: you can’t expect things to run smoothly without being involved.

Now, I’ve stepped back into code reviews, development, and figuring out where we can improve. The experience I’ve gained from Amazon has helped me raise the bar for our small but powerful team. I’m learning from my interns, and they’re learning from me – it’s a two-way street.

Right now, I’m working on stabilising the current system.
In a few weeks, I’ll start hiring full-time developers, gradually reducing my direct involvement in tech and shifting my focus back to content creation – the thing people expect from me most.

Exciting times ahead as we gear up for a full website makeover to make learning smooth and organised for our students. Can’t wait to show everyone what we’ve been working on!

I remember when having a dinner at a 5 Star hotel was a distant dream for my family.

Now, inviting my students and friends for a dinner that too on my mother's birthday.

Nothing could make this feeling better.❤️

Yes maa, I broke the ceiling.

#students #teacher
I was a defence aspirant once, but somehow the dream broke because of uncontrollable situations.

I was studying for UPSC at one point, but had to give up because of my own personal reasons.

I never thought of becoming a software engineer in childhood, but ultimately I became one

Then, I left my job to teach and pursue entrepreneurship to make a bigger impact.

Don't confine yourselves in your own walls. Never let anyone in the society to tell you what you are supposed to do.

A lot of dreams get crushed because of this mentality and we eventually find ourselves giving up on long term goals.

But, it's very important to take calculated decisions and risks.

There is a difference between being risky and being insane. Cheers 🥂

Building my own studio was a dream for me ❤️

Half a decade back, when I started recording from my room with “jugaadu” setup, I never thought we will have a diverse team one day.

It is a dream come true and I couldn’t resist sharing it with you folks ❤️
Here is a video of sharing my journey, one step at a time.
Have a look at and watch complete for some secret announcements 💯

“Bhaiya DSA questions nhi hote, lectures dekhliye, fir bhi there is no improvement“

This is what you can do to improve your problem solving skills :

1) First understand the problem statement properly and also observe the sample input and output. Read the explanation if given.

2) Before coding anything, take a pause and find the simplest approach to solve the problem. It could be brute force but it will get you momentum to lead towards more optimised one.

3) There are some problems which have a solution you can't even think of. There will always be such unique problems and you learn the approach by doing them.

A simple example could be of Kadanes algo. It is the simplest solution to subarray sum problem but it's very difficult to reach the solution on your own.

4) If you still can't solve the problem look for hints (if, given) or anything which could lead you to the solution.

5) If you are not able to solve the problem for 45 mins or 1 hour, don't waste time anymore on it. Don't take it to your ego and just have a look at solution and try to understand the approach and then code yourself.

6) Always keep track of such problems which were difficult to solve at first. Revise them occasionally.

If you are struggling to learn DSA, you can check the completely FREE DSA course through the link in comment section.

Toxic work culture in corporate life is slow poison.

It slowly strengthen it's poisonous roots inside you and at the end, you are left helpless & unable to cope up with it.

Here are some tips to save yourself from such toxicity :

1) Always ask the employees of that company before joining it. Try to dig out the information about Team culture, on-call days and general work culture.

2) Try to have good relations with your managers. Ofcourse, you don't have to butter them, but be polite to them atleast.

3) Don't overwork initially. When you are new to company you try to work more than your fixed time, which later makes it difficult for you to pull back 😂
Never make this mistake.

Comment section is open for you folks to add more tips & advices for our budding software engineers.👇🏻

Computer science or software engineering is much more than Data structures and algorithms.

Why everyone is focusing on DSA then ?

One reason being most of the top companies which are targeted by students ask DSA in their interviews.

The other reason is, Data structures and algorithms form the fundamentals of problem solving for a student.

A lot of things can better in hiring process, even many startups have started focusing on development more than DSA.

Still we have a long way to go and you keep practicing DSA 😂

We solved a lot of problems on DP in past few days, all of the videos are uploaded on Codehelp Channel. Do check them out as well.

Hi Connections,

This post is regarding Open-source #contributions. On my youtube channel, I never talked about the Open-source stuff.

So, This time I decided to take a step to put forward some relevant & effective information so that interested students can get some idea of #opensource world and they can then decide whether they should put their time in this domain or not.

A humble request to my connection “If you are an #experienced person then do leave a review of the points discussed in the video and if you are a #fresher then you can tell me in the comments - topics on which I can help you all.

Video:
The word “REVOLUTION “ is really overhyped in Ed-Tech industry.

Reinventing the wheel is not revolution in my point of view.

If you have decreased prices drastically in Education, I would definitely appreciate you for that.

But if someone is building an Ed-Tech by keeping the same price range and same offering, then please refrain from using words like REVOLUTION.

Personally, I associate this word with freedom fighters and people who lost lives for this country.

That's why you will never see me claiming the Ed-Tech REVOLUTION or anything. Because I don't think I am doing anything revolutionary in Ed-Tech other than affordability & interactive teaching.

I will teach you Live, I will under-promise and over-deliver.
I'll offer free courses on channel too, jo paid ayega uska free version bhi definitely ayega.

But I'll never claim reinventing the wheel as revolution.

This is my personal opinion and a healthy discussion over it is always welcome

Stay Tuned ⏳
