As a leader, I was struggling to find a genuinely high-value use case for Claude Code.

Most of what I see is either how to become a 10x IC or how to manage a lean team of agents. Useful. Just not my job.

I was looking for leverage as a senior leader drowning in meetings, context switching, and decision load.

I don't code. Didn't need code to use Claude Code. And now I have an always-on, fully-ramped chief of staff that understands my context, my standards, my voice, and how i think.

Getting there meant compressing 20 years of experience into something a machine could actually work with. Once I did, the value was immediate

My setup is basically Claude Code + Obsidian + Earmark. That's it.

I stopped getting generic, internet-shaped answers. I started getting outputs that reflected my own experience, standards, and pattern recognition.

Once I realized this was just text files and folder structure, basically the same logic as organizing a shared drive, it stopped feeling like a technical project and started feeling like a clarity exercise.

I sat down with Marc Baselga and Ben Erez on the Supra Insider podcast to break down the whole setup.

The image below covers the architecture. The episode gets into the practical part: how I use it every day, how to get a first version live in under ten minutes, and why most people are closer to this than they think
