How we make sure Claude doesn't suck when doing real Google Ads work:

Some context real quick:

At least once per day, I see someone who claims that Claude / AI sucks at doing Google Ads work or that it makes a bunch of stupid mistakes.

The tool is not the problem — what you put inside of it is.

When you use Claude (or any other tool), you have to make sure that you give it the right instructions.

We created PPC OS, which is our AI-powered operating system for Google Ads that runs on Claude Code.

It's powered by an insane knowledge base with everything we know about doing our work:

- Standard operating procedures (88)
- Catalogs with options and examples (15)
- Guidelines for recommendations (12)
- References for technical specs (61)
- Mental models and frameworks (32)
- Playbooks (2 and growing soon)
- Checklists for validation (33)

All of this is used for our 25+ skills (and counting).

Based on this, Claude Code knows exactly how to do a task well, and also how NOT to do it.

It's crazy what it can do already, from auditing entire accounts to optimizing keywords, offers, landing pages, quality scores, competitors, placements, RSAs and so much more.

And we're nowhere near finished.

So, long story short: if you want to make sure your AI doesn't suck, you need to go much deeper than a few simple prompts...

You need to give it a proper operating system.

It takes time, but it's so worth it.

Or you can take a shortcut and get it in The PPC Hub of course :)
