➡️ Coordination and concentration are rhythmic and it builds with practice.
➡️ Training our mind to achieve coordination within our body that requires different actions at the same time. Aligning different parts of our body to perform different tasks at the same time needs rhythm, concentration, and conditioning.
➡️ All these require conviction, expectation, and visualization of the outcome.
➡️ As small kids are enthusiastic and more trainable so it becomes easier to achieve such goals.
➡️ If we relate the same to team performance. Each individual has to be accountable and responsible for alignment, action, coordination, and concentration.
This is possible if everyone has a common goal.
➡️ Here same tune and the same rhythm set the pace. The team leader plays a very important role in keeping the team at the same table irrespective of differences in their abilities.
➡️ People with fewer abilities need more practice, help, and support to match uninterrupted performance.
➡️ Each individual needs to accept the strength and limitations of the team and work accordingly.
➡️ I just tried to relate a beautiful video with the team performance.
The crux of the matter is-
1. Identify the goal and visualize the outcome.
2. Align the goal and action.
3. Develop high concentration and cooperation to stay with yourself and your team. Full involvement is important.
4. Practice vigorously to condition your brain.
5. Work on your strength and help others with their limitations.
6. Take care of the tune and rhythm of the team. It means maintaining focus till the end.
7. Be trainable, it is a blessing.
➡️ Team spirit and performance spirit come from enthusiasm and all these need a conducive environment to nurture the love for work.
➡️ Remember coordination comes from an alignment of purpose and goal. Concentration comes from the visualization of the outcome. Both need rhythm and the energy of ambition.
