Extending our hand to inculcate holistic mental health care as a significant part of society - we are here in #Pune to bring people across a mental health-friendly environment.

The Center aims to empower minds through consultations & clinical care that enlighten them towards a mindful space of life!

With a can-do attitude, you are in control of your activities at the University of Life, allowing you to experience and plunge into moments of complete awareness, a trait that you can learn and instill.

I believe in trusting the process of building a reality that includes positive social impact and nurturing minds because life is an experience rather than a problem to be solved.

When we started with Mpower - An Initiative Of Aditya Birla Education Trust 7 years ago, mental illness was highly stigmatized to a point where it could not be mentioned. Today, with Mpower, we want to catalyse change and make a difference.
