“Neha, don’t hire freshers, they don’t have experience.”

I’m sorry, but where will they get the experience if we don’t hire them?

I decided to hire freshers, many of whom are just done with their bachelors.

Today I stand at a place where some of them pursue their higher education,

These days, people underestimate the importance of a good education. However, education has played an essential role in my life, especially in molding me into the person I am. The exposure, the networking, the independence, and the life lessons you get from being away from your family.

So, yes, I feel bad because these are kids whom I trained and who are pillars of my company, but at the same time, I feel I am not the one to come in their way to fulfill their dreams, and I’m proud of them for taking this step under my guidance.

What do you all think about hiring freshers?

I always felt the CEO is the boss of a company.

I was wrong.

It's the customer.

Here's how:

1/ The Arbiter of Fate
In the business jungle, CEOs strategize, and employees hustle, but here's the reality check – businesses exist at the pleasure of their customers. Customer satisfaction isn't just a metric; it's the GPS navigating a company to glory or the precipice of failure.

2/  A CEO’s Achilles Heel
Even the mightiest CEO isn't invincible. An unhappy customer is like kryptonite. Their discontent can trigger a chain reaction, shaking stock prices, partnerships, and the very foundation of corporate stability.

3/ The Ripple Effect
This power dynamic doesn't stop at the top. Every employee, from the corner office to the cubicle, is a custodian of the customer experience. One negative encounter, be it with an executive or a newbie, can send shockwaves through the customer base.

In the corporate game, remember – the customer isn't just always right; they're the undisputed boss.

Their satisfaction isn't a checkbox; it's the thing guiding your business through the market maze.

Embrace it, respect it, and thrive in the unrivaled sovereignty of the customer.

What do you think?

PS: Got the amazing quote while watching a tour of Air India Limited's kitchen. Will leave the link in the comments.

Influencers are some of the most underrated teachers.

I've been using iPhone for over a decade and I learned about 20 hidden features yesterday through an influencer.

While scrolling through Instagram, I came across this reel by Jai Arora, who explained such an underrated yet vital feature on iPhone that people pay $100s on editing apps to acquire.

This made me wonder what people's conception of an 'influencer' is.

People think that influencers are people who get paid to promote brand products, but it is so much more than that.

Here, the creator is not paid by Apple to promote this feature. He did his research and understood that only a few people were aware of this.

The creator knew as an influencer in the tech domain; he was responsible for making his audience aware of this feature.

So among other things, Influencers are some of the most underrated teachers out there.

They filter unnecessary information from the internet's deep rabbit hole and provide value through their content.

We at Vavo Digital | Influencer Marketing are always on the lookout for new exciting talent to collaborate with. Email us at hello@vavodigital.com if this is an opportunity you want to grab!

What is that one thing that you learned through an influencer?
