I am working on exciting start up/early stage advanced wound care/skin substitute W2, 1099, and Distributor sales roles in select markets throughout the US. This company is taking an extremely novel approach to building and developing relationships with customers through a growing product portfolio, incredible service and consultation, and proprietary compliance 365 LCD-assisted software to create a red carpet/white glove offering for customers.
Candidates MUST have sales experience in the advanced wound care/skin substitute space AND local relationships within post acute facilities including physician offices, mobile wound care providers, nursing homes, rehabs, SNF's, LTAC's, and other post acute facilities throughout the region. Candidates MUST have an entrepreneurial spirit and be a forward thinker interested in developing a market from the ground up and promoting a growing portfolio of skin substitute and adjacent products coupled with an exciting new service offering including workflow and compliance-driven AI technology.
For W2's these sales opportunities have a base of $90K - $120K+ and a total comp of $195K - $225K+ with uncapped commissions paid monthly from dollar one. The position includes a solid car allowance, all business expenses covered, a strong medical/dental/vision package available day 1, a 401K, and additional top benefits. For 1099's/Distributor's this includes aggressive commission rates of 30%+ that are uncapped and paid monthly. Candidates and partners must be willing to travel within their region(very limited overnights) and work with various post acute facilities selling to physicians, clinicians, and administrators in the advanced wound care/skin substitute market.
