If you'd told 19 year old Pratham that he'd be running an 8-figure agency at 22, he would've laughed.

I was a struggling freelancer then, wondering where my next project would come from.

But I went from earning ₹0 as a freelancer to building an agency that makes ₹2,50,00,000 annually - in just 3 years.

My life changed in an instant, I bought my dream car, and got to travel the world - while my agency basically ran itself.

I did this by tackling just 8 problems, and I’m going to help you solve them too.

1. How do I create a solution that clients will pay anything for?

2. When do I stop freelancing and transition to an agency model?

3. How do I set up an agency - with no idea about legal or finance?

4. How do I build a team that will work for me, allowing me to be free?

5. How do I scale my team and clients without compromising quality?

6. How do I land clients who will happily pay me $1000+ per month?

7. How can I change my mindset and think like an entrepreneur?

8. What are the challenges I can anticipate and prepare for?

The process is not EASY, but it is SIMPLE.

I’ve done it, and I honestly believe anyone with a strong skillset can do it too.

If that sounds like you, I want to help you achieve your potential as an agency entrepreneur.

I’m so excited to announce and launch my very own masterclass:

🚀 Freelancer to Agency Blueprint

A live, 2 hour long session, where I teach you how to scale your services, set up a successful agency, and achieve financial freedom.

This is an interactive session, focused on the 8 problems I mentioned above, with a live Q&A and exciting bonuses.

There’s 0% theory, and 100% real life knowledge, based on my journey - with additional tips from other agency entrepreneurs.

We’ve spent months developing this, and packed it with value - so we’ve priced it at ₹2399.

BUT we’re launching at a low price of ₹799.

And we also have an early bird offer of additional 25% off, only for the first 15 seats.

3 years ago, I was working alone from my room, earning 80,000 per year. Last week, I spent double that on a road-trip with our team of 30!

When I started building my agency, the biggest struggle I faced was building my team.

I’ve learnt to treasure the talent that decided to join our team, and have always made it a priority to promote a fun and cohesive culture at our workplace.

But there’s only so much you can learn about your co-workers while sitting across a desk. So when some promising new members joined our team, I finally did what I’ve always wanted to do:

Planned a road-trip to the mountains of Himachal for all of us!

The trip ran up a sizeable bill, but it was a priceless investment.

Here’s why:

1. We broke the ice between the 7 new joiners and the rest of the team. This helped them avoid the initial awkwardness of working in a new office, and made the team function smoothly.

2. We stayed in bunk beds, played games like truth-and-dare, took hikes together and went paragliding. All this created great memories and brought us closer together as a team.

3. The conversations we had on this trip were deep and personal — very different from what we talk about in the office. This allowed us to be more understanding with each other.

4. The trip boosted our spirits after some tough weeks of work, and we all felt rejuvenated when we got back. This made our workplace much happier, and boosted our productivity!

I honestly think that team building activities like this are the best investment a founder can make.

It was a really fun experience, and we’ve made a plan to go on trips at least once or twice every year.

Have you ever been on a team trip?
